Perfect touch up pen for our composite front. Colour matching was perfect. Happy with the price paid for the product and delivery timescale was good. The only slightly disappointing thing was the postage cost.

I went to the Horsham shop to buy some foam. I waited for 5 minutes but no one came to serve me So I rang up and then someone appeared but they didn’t seam to know you sold 3 types of foam and I had to go through it with them. Sorry this all time wasted!.

Flexible window trim arrived with plenty of protective packaging. Good quality plastic. They provide a nice feature where they cut it into a smaller size to lower shipping costs (and saved me the hassle from having to do an additional cut). Will definitely be using them again in the future. Good value for money

Dreadful aftersales service from this…
Dreadful aftersales service from this company. Package of soffits not opened for a good few weeks as building our house up on The Outer Hebrides. Gales & torrential rain delayed fitting as is normal here. Filmed the package being opened as had passed the standard 'open by date'. Outer panels were fine but soffit in the middle was cracked and split. This must have been damaged before it was packed. Edge refused to help in any way.
