Amazing service and support
Amazing service to help me resolve an issue with a skylight. I wasn't Edge's customer really, the contractor was, but I could not have sorted it out without the support I received from Edge. From the moment I contacted Tristan at the Chichester branch I was treated with the utmost care and attention from ensuring I got the correct part to giving advice and guidance for the install. It wasn't a big money job at all but it meant a lot to me to get it resolved and every time I called I was made to feel valued and respected. Can't recommend them highly enough. I was so impressed. Tristan listened carefully to what I needed and was sympathetic to the situation, which occurred due to the wiring instructions being discarded. He was always keen to help and called me back promptly when I left messages. Another member of the team even offered to drive over to Portsmouth from Brighton to help if needed. The part only cost £90. Excellent customer service.
