Apparently switched our electric to 3 times the rate for 3 years. Still awaiting evidence of full contract, terms and conditions and 3 recording (unedited from that day). Complaints department is an email, that they have 8 weeks to respond to. These are Brokers, not energy suppliers you, if they cold call, do yourself a favor and hang up!

Ian was polite and made sure I knew who he was from the start of our conversation. Ian explained all the pricings and costs going forward with the new company and the savings I would make.
