The service we received initially was…
The service we received initially was very good. The team which organised the funding and the fitting dates were helpful, fast and efficient. The installation team were polite and tidy but after the installation we found that the extractor fans which were fitted in 2 rooms do not work and when I spoke to eco energy services about this they sent me the installation teams telephone number and told me to deal with them directly, which was difficult as they were hard to get hold of and never bothered to return to sort the problem out.

None of window vents actually worked…
None of window vents actually worked they were just glue to the window. The extrqctpr in the bathroom went straight into the insulation. And the kitchen extrqctor was drilled straight through my back door lintel. Boiler was a rush job glue looks messy now of the pipe work was updated to regs. And radiators were old and they didn’t even flush them through

Heat Pump and Solar for the Eco4 grant…
The work carried out for the Eco4 grant was started within 2 weeks of getting the go-ahead and the installed equipment has been great. TagGas, who did the work on Eco's behalf were great and easy to talk to. Eco are not so great at communication. I've spent a number of hours on hold with the company and different departments seem unable to pass messages between each other. Also, I've had three phone calls and numerous emails and texts in the last week demanding that I write a review for them.

My review
They were great and super helpful. The boiler works fantastic and a few issues here and there regarding leaks but they came back and fixed them straight away. Honestly can't believe we had this for free, it was great. Just bare in mind they say it will take one day but really takes about two/three depending on your old boiler and things. Would of given higher but when I asked to keep my old copper boiler they didn't seem happy with it but let us have it and then it mysteriously disappeared after one of the boiler men came back to check on the leaks we where having. Also they didn't ask if they could use our towels/tea towels (found 5 of them soaking wet in the cardboard boxes that where left outside our front door) also ate all my son's sweets (without asking), that where left accidentally on the side in the kitchen.

Had new condenser boiler installed on 07.08.2023. The two-man team of installers carried out a perfect job and completed in single day. The quality of job was satisfactory and workmanship acceptable. I am personally happy to recommend the company for others.
