Awarding contracts to cowboys
The boiler grant went through within a week, which we thought was great, we were told it would be fitted in app 5/6 hrs, 1 gas fitter appeared. Day 1, 8.5 hrs Day 2 , 11 hrs This was a 2 man job, I am a mechanical fitter with a wide experience, I spent the next 2 days working with him as I know the pipe work layout of my house. If I hadn’t stood over him my kitchen would have been wrecked, he kept joining short pieces of pipe instead of putting full lengths (which he had), thus introducing additional leak paths, He left at 1945 on the Friday, I spent the next 90 min bleeding radiators etc, after being told the would self bleed, (which I know the don’t) The boiler is a good boilerand works fine now,

Incomplete work
During sign up, It was agreed all work will be completed including the tank taken out. Hence they got the contract (E3)! No communication and just get passed around when i called! But till date the tank remains in its place since 10/23! Not a trustworthy company! AVOID!!

My engineer was polite, hard working, very helpful. He tidied up after he fitted the boiler. All this at no cost to myself. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

Had my new boiler fitted just before Christmas 2023 Had my new boiler fitted just before Christmas. Very happy with the service from start to finish. My original boiler was so old and not energy efficient at all so this government grant has been a god send.
