They were great and super helpful. The boiler works fantastic and a few issues here and there regarding leaks but they came back and fixed them straight away. Honestly can't believe we had this for free, it was great. Just bare in mind they say it will take one day but really takes about two/three depending on your old boiler and things. Would of given higher but when I asked to keep my old copper boiler they didn't seem happy with it but let us have it and then it mysteriously disappeared after one of the boiler men came back to check on the leaks we where having. Also they didn't ask if they could use our towels/tea towels (found 5 of them soaking wet in the cardboard boxes that where left outside our front door) also ate all my son's sweets (without asking), that where left accidentally on the side in the kitchen.
