Quick, reliable and friendly! I thought it was all too good to be true but having a brand new boiler being installed within a week of me contacting them was a dream come true! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful answered any questions I had and quick responses via email. The people who came to actually do the work were amazing! Removed 2 water tanks and old boiler, installed new boiler, insulation and new radiator knobs within 7hrs with very little break. We are extremely grateful and love our new boiler and thermostat system, once again thankyou!

The engineer were very punctual
The engineer were very punctual, very respectful and polite. They asked me all the questions which were really useful as how I wanted my all the radiators and a boiler. They were very efficient and helpful. They left my house very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend the service to my friends and family. Thank you.

Boiler is great
Boiler is great, installed quickly but the recently insulated loft was trashed (mainly because plumber was under pressure to finish job quickly) so had to get someone to come and relay loft insulation. Still no manual or paperwork for boiler installation despite asking a few times.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would!! An absolute joke of a company. My boiler was never installed correctly and doesn’t connect to the thermostat properly so my heating is constantly on and has caused me an increase in energy costs!! I have complained through email 4 times and telephone conversations and asked for someone to come out to fix it to just be ignored. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

The process to confirm I was eligible for a new boiler was brilliant. Two very pleasant men came and did the job in a day. It was hard work for them. Unfortunately one had to come back the following day as part of the pipe work below the boiler had a big leak. This was fixed by the chappie. The outside of the boiler casing is not level. You can see this from just looking so not sure how the men could not. I have been told it will not stop the boiler working properly and will not cancel the guarantee. My old boiler was over 20 years old and I am delighted with this new one. Just wish the casing was level and the outside pipe work was smarter where the pipe comes out of the house.

The guys came in nice and early
The guys came in nice and early. Very polite, got on with the job. Kept the work clean and took away all of the rubbish. All the work finished in one day, very pleased with the end result.
