The process to confirm I was eligible for a new boiler was brilliant. Two very pleasant men came and did the job in a day. It was hard work for them. Unfortunately one had to come back the following day as part of the pipe work below the boiler had a big leak. This was fixed by the chappie. The outside of the boiler casing is not level. You can see this from just looking so not sure how the men could not. I have been told it will not stop the boiler working properly and will not cancel the guarantee. My old boiler was over 20 years old and I am delighted with this new one. Just wish the casing was level and the outside pipe work was smarter where the pipe comes out of the house.
