So far so good! I've only factored one load with you.

Ecapital promise a lot but can’t keep it. Felipe Netro, stood out and represented them promising all these good things to get you on board but once you’re on board it’s now an excuse to another excuse to a lie. They said they can get your money within 24 hours but haven’t held up to that. It takes 3-4 days to process and in certain cases you would have to reach out for the money yourself! They won’t guarantee you the money like they said they would. They say that even if the company doesn’t pay them they would still guarantee your hard work pay! But that is false. I had to use my own resources and reach out to the customer myself consistently to receive my money or else I wouldn’t have gotten paid. They were not going do anything about it. They neglected it but kept deceiving me telling me they were working on it and it would come in the next day. But then the next day comes and they day after that and I saw nothing. They kept lying to my face so they could delay the issue. Ecapital isn’t trustworthy and convenient at all.

I have dealt with Randy through this whole process and I have to say he’s made it pretty easy and streamlined, he picks up the phone and if not gets right back to me which I appreciate. I would recommend Randy and Ecapital so far.

Good experience thus far. About 1 month in and i don’t have any complaints. Randy is my sale person and has been responsive thus far. i’m still learning all the ins and out of this process but feel like i made the right decision to select ECapital.

I'm into operation and deal with more than 3 factoring company in past.E capital is the the worst to deal with. They wont answer your call or email .They don't care if ur small company and need funds to keep going .You can bill them but don't expect a response from them until the day is done. We are now shifting to a different factoring company and since last week waiting for them to done with documentation and its still i process. They have already stop receiving the billing because we are moving to a different factoring company. Basically we are begging them to get it done with documentation so we can bill to different company but still they don't give a damn and keep on replying still in process. Nobody will answer if u will call them. honestly if don't want the funding to stop don't go for them otherwise u will be suffering like us waiting for ur fuel and other bills to pay.

Factoring is easy and was a breeze. So happy we decided to go with ECapital. Our sales rep Randy Redler was amazing and our new account manager Connie is awesome as well.
