I'm the owner of a startup Logistics company (RVC Transportation LLC) and I had been checking with several factoring companies to partner with for some time. It wasn't until I called eCapitol and spoke with Maureen Dean and then I knew I had the right company. Maureen was excellent in explaining the many features that eCapitol offers for companies such as mine. She was also extremely knowledgeable of your processes, and more than anything she was patient and kind. A week after I had signed up, she told me the bad news, that she was changing positions and moving to another job, I was sick! I thought "Wow, I signed with eCapitol because of you and now you're leaving me"! Maureen went on to explain that Jaime Valle would be taking her place and he was my new consultant. After I spoke with Jaime, I was very impressed and just as comfortable with his knowledge, patience and willingness to go over and above what I needed. Jaime has even called me a couple of times to make sure that everything was going smoothly and asked if I had everything that I needed from eCapitol. Well, if that wasn't enough, I later received a call from Brendan Lantz my Onboarding Specialist and Brendan fell right in line with Maureen and Jaime.
