I ordered 2 x Chauvet lights and a carry solution, totalling £600 two months ago. The delay was Chauvets stock issue, which most manufacturers are experiencing currently, post brexit, post covid etc. Therefore I was, and still am confident that the delays were nothing to do with DY Pro. So, no stars lost there. I would have appreciated some pro-active outgoing emails at regular intervals from DY, maybe weekly or fortnightly to update me of the order status, rather than me having to contact them several times through the delay. So a star lost for that. That said, whenever I did email DY, they responded with what appeared to be a freshly gained update from Chauvet themselves. The items arrived with me shortly after Chauvet were back in stock. Unfortunately one of the two lights was faulty (No DMX response) and I contacted DY to let them know. They immediately issued a postage paid returns label to me and (very importantly currently) they reserved another new light for me as replacement. So… their professionalism at how they handled a faulty product replacement has gained them a star back, giving them 5 stars - thank you.

1st online purchase was great (unbeatable price) with prompt dispatch. The product met the expectations. Consequently, launched a follow-up purchase; their customer service was excellent, ordered on dot of cut off for next delivery but enjoyed the benefit. This is an amazing shop for your music gear...highly recommended.

I was just wondering, if you knew that the item was out of stock on Monday...and you supposedly sent me an email confirming this on the same day, why didn't you initiate my refund until the following day, when the email actually arrived? I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. Have you spoken to the finance company (as promised)? Anyway, I have now arranged to use a neighbour's speakers for the day, so I will not be reordering with you. All the best. Order #DPA95039 I purchased a party speaker for a party at the weekend. Ordered it on Monday, (yesterday)...and specifically paid an extra £5.99 for next day delivery, to ensure it would arrive in time. I knew something was wrong, when hours had passed and I didn't receive any confirmation of my order, or expected delivery. I left messages with all of their contact channels, but heard nothing back. Then out of the blue this morning, (Tuesday), I received 2 emails - 1 saying I've been refunded, then a long-winded one, a few minutes later saying they don't have it in stock and they don't know if they ever will. Now I have to wait a few days for my refund, to get my money back, therefore not leaving me with enough time to source an alternative for Saturday...so thanks for that(!) The icing on the cake, is that the item is still listed as 'IN STOCK' on their website! So now I'll have to use the kids' 5w bluetooth speaker for an adults party...thanks again(!) This is my first time using DY..and will clearly be the last. I will NEVER use them again. Weekend ruined! Amateurs!
