We had a leak that needed emergency attention. Called DPS and was dealt with in a very caring, professional manner. I was delighted to be informed that someone would be with me immediately. The plumber that arrived was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our story of our issue, reassured us and got to work on the problem, fixing it within 40 mins. He was an expert at his job and really understood our predicament. (We have two toddlers in the house). He left with a smile and told us to contact DPS is there was ever another issue. Help was near hand. It is truly refreshing to meet such great tradespeople and office staff in today's fast paced world. Highly recommended. 10/10 on all fronts.
Exceptional Service. From start to finish, job was completed on time, text messages were sent to say the guys were on the way, never late. A very messy lead pipe replacement, and the home was left spotless on completion. From the service in the office to the actual work on site all i can say was faultless. Highly recommended, and will pass on the contact to anyone i know. Well done all. Absolute Rarity for service like this these days

Very poor overpriced service. The ridiculous 200 euro upfront fee traps you into agreeing to their ridiculous prices.we luckily have gotten someone for a quarter of the price they quoted. Do not go for them no matter how desperate you are, wish I had listened to others who had said this.

Came out to diagnose, then said they would call back with a price for parts and come back another day. Never heard from them again. Got a different technician out who did fix the problem, and told me the first person misdiagnosed the issue. Would absolutely not recommend

Was quoted 2300 euro to fix a problem with my heating after initially paying 200 euro, when I contacted a different plumber he fixed the problem for 70 euro so forgive me for giving 1 star you would have 0 stars had there being an option
