Absolutely phenomenal
Absolutely phenomenal I was sceptical at first due to the not so pleasant feedback. However took a risk and they found me a test within 2 weeks. (4 months before my original test.) Could not fault the service.

Seems like a total scam, sometime the test bookings can be 200 more! SCAM AVOID in my opinion!

Scam, do not use this service.
Paid for the service on 1st August and have received NO notifications at all. In the meanwhile, I found multiple test cancellations at my selected test centres. I have emailed for a refund and have received no response. Do not use this service, it is a scam.

Rubbish Service
Very disappointed at this service as it does not work very well when compared with it's competitors and is more expensive. Notifications are few and far between and arrive much later than other services. The auto book function also does not work as it never booked any tests for me. Initially 'customer service's was prompt in responding to questions but gave poor excuses. Request for refunds refused because you are not allowed to compare them with other services providers. You can get a much better service that costs almost half the amount.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by FindMeADrivingTest.co.uk. Despite their promising premise, my experience has been marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of basic customer service. My account was deactivated without any prior notification or explanation, leaving me unable to access the services I had paid for. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out and resolve the issue were met with complete silence. It's been two weeks without any form of response or acknowledgement from their team. This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience, but it has also left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. I had expected a more prompt and efficient response to my concerns, especially considering the nature of their business. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider other options before choosing drivingtestcancellations.com The lack of communication and customer support is simply unacceptable particularly from Amy who lacked empathy and any care- who deactivates your account after you complain and does not tell you? I hope that they take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to their service.
