I payed for both services the automatic booking and the one where it shows cancellations. A test was never booked and I waited months. I am so disappointed!

You just have to be patient

I had my test booked for the 30th July and had been told by my instructor that she was confident in me moving it forward and was recommended this app it did take a while for me to be able tonuse it as they wouldn't allow new members until they had dealt with the backlog but I managed to login and paid for premium with autobook enabled on the dates I had chosen it took a while and I had lost hope and was had came to terms I wasn't having my test any earlier until I have recieved an email that my test had been rebooked 2 weeks earlier I knkw it's not much of a difference but it means the app does work you just have to be patient and hope someone cancels and you can get there time/date i would definitely recommend this app

Scam! Don’t use, had it for a month and there was test there but they didn’t change it don’t use this company tried numerous time to contact them and no reply back waste of 14.99

Evidence of Payment But Website Said Not Paid

Tried to sign up yesterday and paid by Paypal - Payal confirmed payment sent to DrivingTestNow but app said payment had failed. Then tried to contact DrivingTestNow and got message saying they were too busy - had to get a refund via the paypal transaction complaints process.

Brilliant app with both brilliant…

Brilliant app with both brilliant features! I believe the idea of having an autobooker allows peace of mind especially since its so difficult to claim test dates given the circumstance with other people just as eager to claim one as early as you. The app is shown to be reliable and i really would recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule ; deeming difficult to find the time to book a test inbetween lifes busy antics 😫!

I WANT A REFUND

your telling me to reach out which i have done around 15 times just refund the money, you said i must of registered twice how can i when your systems don’t allow it for online and the app , i just want a refund, no communication with you what so ever

Amazing app I couldn't find any slots…

Amazing app I couldn't find any slots in my centre for six months, so I had to book in a very far a away centre. After i registered in the app in less than 24 hours they booked a slot in my prefer centre.

Not a great experience :(

Apps looks attractive so tried to enroll, £17.99 has been deducted from my account and then getting the message as "New signups are temporarily paused as we focus on serving our current users. Please check back next week. We apologize for...." I appreciate that you guys are busy serving the existing customers but suppose to get the above message before making the payment but definitely not after the payment. Trying to connect with you guys but no luck there since the "help" option will work from the account login.. and no contact center to reach out.. Not sure how to get this discussed /
