I payed for both services the automatic booking and the one where it shows cancellations. A test was never booked and I waited months. I am so disappointed!

I had my test booked for the 30th July and had been told by my instructor that she was confident in me moving it forward and was recommended this app it did take a while for me to be able tonuse it as they wouldn't allow new members until they had dealt with the backlog but I managed to login and paid for premium with autobook enabled on the dates I had chosen it took a while and I had lost hope and was had came to terms I wasn't having my test any earlier until I have recieved an email that my test had been rebooked 2 weeks earlier I knkw it's not much of a difference but it means the app does work you just have to be patient and hope someone cancels and you can get there time/date i would definitely recommend this app

Scam! Don’t use, had it for a month and there was test there but they didn’t change it don’t use this company tried numerous time to contact them and no reply back waste of 14.99

Totally misleading!!
Totally misleading!! Don't waste your £17.99 on a service that claims that if a date is not found before your booked test, they will give you your money back, SCAM !!! I paid for the app to find a date before my booked test on the official DVSA website, but the app did not find a date or location before my original test and as per the rule written on the website in this situation I would have my money back, because the service was not provided, of course this is only written and is not complied with by them! I am totally disappointed with the service and when I email customer service, the response is always horrible, in other words, be careful with these apps.

Noticed i wasn't getting any notifications for 2 months so looged out to reset it it and now can't log back in says I need to verified absolutely rubbish tryed contacting them to no avail

It’s a scam
I am using this application for past 3-4 months for my wife and 2 days before they sent a notification that they found a slot outside my selected dates but I couldn’t book that slot. Today my friend got the notification for same slot. I guess they are creating a fake notification for people to give a sense that it is working. I am looking at legal proceedings at the moment. Edit: Such unprofessional reply, The date was one day before the autobook and I attempt to book without any success. That means the test is gone, then I added that particular date to auto book. Today morning the date popped up for him to book where it could have been booked for me instead with my auto booking. With this kind of behaviour I don’t want to reach out to customer care. In the last 3-4 months it gave me 6-7 notifications just outside my desired booking period which is more than 4 months of date, talk about something fishy. I stand with my statement- it’s a scam.

They don’t reply or help
I’ve been waiting a week now to be verified. I’ve paid for the app too! I’ve gone on their website multiple times and sent a message and no one will get back to me! This is ridiculous I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. You can’t get in contact with anyone to help. It keeps on saying verification delayed it’s been a week and no one has reached out to help! Is anyone else having this issue/can anyone get in contact them ?
