A total waste of money! All the notifactions I received were slightly earlier or even later than my original test date and not within the date range I selected on the app. I wish I could get the money back, they rip you off.

A really amazing service, original test date was October and they bought it forward to June

Within 24 hours it had sorted me with the ideal date for my test, bringing it over 3 months closer than my original date booked.

I actually didn't take my test I was just surprised to receive a notification that my account has expired am still looking for a test date please .

I joined this app some 8 weeks ago at least, had one notification in the first week but nothing since. At the same time I was looking on the DVLA change my driving test and managed to get two cancellations with NO notice or notification from the driving test cancellation 4 all app. Total rip off, do not use

Total rip off. No cancellations sent or auto booked even though my test centre have had over 50 in the last 4 weeks. The app does not work. The refund policy is a total con as if you find a cancellation yourself then no refund. So £20 wasted for nothing in return. Also the email address they quote on website and their reply to this review does not work!!!

Booked my test, wasn’t really in an area familiar to me. I decided to try the website and within a few days they had found a date for the area I wanted and 30 days earlier. Pleased to say I passed. I definitely recommend this app.

I regret to report my highly disappointing experience with Driving Test Cancellations 4 All. Initially it worked really well and help me move my test forward, but since my instructor was unavailable I had to pick a date in September. Since then, I have not received a single test cancellation notification since, even though available slots are clearly listed on the Gov website. I have reached out to their support multiple times, only to receive generic template responses stating that "all looks good." Yet, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still not receiving the service I paid for. I think my account may have fallen between the cracks somewhere and is marked as not looking or something. In stark contrast, the Driving Genie app has been exemplary in customer support, responding to my case within a few minutes. This level of service highlights just how inadequate Driving Test Cancellations 4 All's support has been. I am hopeful that their customer support will eventually resolve this situation, and will update the review if this issue is resolved.

Easy to navigate App and managed to get a cancellation 52 days ahead of the scheduled test. Allowing the App to book tests on your behalf is the key.

One charge and you can keep searching for the perfect test date. We received about 4 dates one by one. We've finally got the perfect date next week. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs! I signed up with the hope I’d get an earlier test date. After a few days I hadn’t heard anything from them and I got an email saying they were still searching for me. Now at this time I also had the Testi app which I do recommend which notify when a test has been cancelled. So for a few days I was being notified of cancelled test dates and was expecting Driving Test Cancellations 4all to have booked one for me. Anyways this never happened, as more and more tests were brining free for June I was still not getting anything booked. Although I had my setting set at auto book for me. So after not getting anything from this paid service I decided to attempt to rebook for myself and after some time I was able to get my test booked earlier without the help of the app. I then emailed them in the 28th May asking for a refund as I had not been given any test date by the service and I was within the 60 day money back guarantee. I had an auto email saying they’d respond within 5 days, still not reply. I sent a follow up email on the 1st June and again got nothing. They are ignoring the emails for sure as they don’t want to issue any refunds. Avoid this app and save your money, use the DVSA website and keep checking for cancellations yourself.

AVOID! WASTE OF TIME!!!! It’s just a waste of time and money, there is no customer service support, they reply late even if it’s an emergency any request take a long time plus all the date it’s either in 48 hours or after the dates you preferred.ALSO WHEN THEY CHANGE YOU DATE THEY DOMT GIVE YOUR BOOKING REFFERENCE NUMBER, YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT.I REQUESTED THIS NUMBER BECAUSE I WANT TO CHANGE THE APP AND I HAVE TO CONTINUE WAITING FOR IT, THEY ARE LAZY PEOPLE! WASTE OF TIME/Money!

You got me a cancellation really quickly & I passed!!

does what it says I saved 63 days on test could have been alot more but I settled on a date,very worthwhile especially when tests seem to be booked up by 4 to 6 month in alot areas
