Just replying to the response to my previous review. I did send my order number in my emails though you claimed I didn’t. If I could post a screenshot on here I would but this company doesn’t need embarrassing further. Just avoid.

Retuned my items for a full refund I have emailed countless times still no refund! I’ve still no reply from my previous email and emailed again today I would like my refund! I have proof of the items been returned as I sent tracked and they have been signed for on the 9/05

Ordered 2 sets from this company 29th april order number 301651 and 303117 on 3rd may,payed for express delivery,still no items i was told they would be here by friday which was 2 fridays ago! Now i keep getting the same email that the items are in the warehouse and will be resolved in 1-2 days this has been going on for 2 weeks! I have had to go out and buy again from somewhere else i would like to be refunded my money

Placed an order received the order didn’t fit me so I’ve sent it back but the returns portal doesn’t offer you a refund which I think is disgraceful just offers an exchange or a store credit note which I don’t want I just want a full refund I’ve emailed them twice now still no reply regarding this terrible customer service to

I recommend highly!!! I have ordered one under armour set and one Nike set and both were amazing, the efficiency of the delivery, and the sizing was perfect although I would suggest sizing up with the Nike but I always find Nike clothes come up smaller anyways. Other than that I was really happy will definitely be ordering again

ordered a grey trailberg tracksuit set to the wrong address and sent them and e-mail about it asking if they could change the address before it’s shipped out still no response and i sent this e-mail 2 days ago. still not been shipped out yet so fingers crossed

Ordered lots from this company had no issues. I had my first issues from many orders. Coincidentally it was the last day I was able to return so it happened within14 days, the writing was pealing away. Absolutely no response what so ever. Various email and nothing!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I really feel that they are worthy of this one. I ordered the Nike dry fit sets, but the shorts were missing on both , within 24 hours, the issue was resolved and the items missing were delivered that next day and on a Saturday. Customer service five star.

Shocking customer service. I have written numerous emails, to various contacts at DripModa, and no response. I am sure they will respond to this though. Your customer care team might not work weekends, but I emailed you on Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th, so I’m afraid this doesn’t cut it.
