Ordered shorts set, paid £4.99 postage, they sent a completely different set, they said I had to pay another £2.99 to return the item I didn’t even ask for. Customer Service took ages to even acknowledge and then days to deal with it to refund me. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank for my refund and then the Company refunded the £2.99 then the outfit refund and still waiting for my original postage of £4.99. First and last experience I have with this Company.. Quick at taking your money but slow at paying it back for their own mistake x

Bought a T-shirt and shorts set for my 7 year old son which was a lovely colour! I went for the 8-10 size as my son is quite tall. It fits him perfectly but would say he won’t get a lot of wear out of it. So glad I didn’t go for the 7-8 years one. Also got him a tracksuit which is the same sizing wise but least it’s fits him nicely now and is a lovely tracksuit! Happy with my purchases :-) thank you!

Item shows as delivered but it hasn’t arrived. Been 3 days now - no response from vendor or courier to my messages. Beginning to worry! Update: So it was delivered - just hidden in a different place to the instruction. Found it by coincidence. Product is great. Better comms would be appreciated

It took 3 days to get the trainers ready for dispatch I did email but got no reply. When the trainers/ shoes eventually arrived 6 days from the order the sizing was out, they were a whole size out. Some retailers will advise on the sizing chart that it is prudent to go a whole size up. I wear 9 to 9.5. I have had to return them and ask for a size 10 uk. Hopefully they will fit, this time and they will be dispatched promptly. I have returned the trainers and almost a week later have heard nothing. I have emailed twice since asking the status of the replacement order and to date have again heard nothing. It is just disappointing.

Communication was really good. There was a stock issue with the trainers I ordered. Resolved quickly and alternative was then delivered super fast. Very happy with them.

Ive still not recieved any refund since i have returned my package and ive emailed quite a few times to find out but have not had any reply . My order number is 307883 I would like a full refund but no one is emailing back. I sent my package off a while ago i should have had an email back at least to know whats going on.

Its arrived really quick. Needed to exchange them for different size the exchange was quick and easy.

If I could give a zero I would - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Items not delivered within specified time frame - said next day delivery and arrived after 72 hours too late for you holiday Unable to speak to anyone during this process - Instagram messages lied and said it would arrive in time No one interested in your complaint or no response to several emails to the info or support email provided ! Now unable to get a full refund just an exchange or store credit
