i’ve tried emailing the company for a refund they’ve not even bothered to respond. terrible customer service

Placed my first order on Monday night for my new Cruyff trainers very comfy fast delivery and always kept up to date with where my order was

Order number #315522 I have emailed several times and had no response. Ordered 18th June and provided with a DPD tracking number yet still as at today (24th) DPD have not received any parcel. Please reply to my emails asap, this order is for my sons birthday in 4 days!

The return policy is quite clear - you can return and get a refund. However, when you try to do this- your only options are exchange or store credit. I’ve emailed and got no response at all. Terrible business

ordered a set only got the top said they would send the shorts out now they don’t even reply!

Worst company ever don’t even bothered to cheek if they sending out the right size clothing and when I asked for a exchange they said it’s none refundable 😂😂 this is there mistake and they do not care to fix it stay away from this company Customer service is shooking also they tell me to start a return but my items none refundable so they just have a trapped in there loophole even though use sent me the WRONG SIZE. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely shocking emailed 3 times give them multiple chances to reply with no reply coming back, Ordered a short and t shirt set 1 wash and it's absolutely fell apart !!!! Got the pictures for it I'd not bother buying from them I seriously mean it

I placed an order with DripModa for the first time on Thursday 19th june 2025. I paid for next day delivery and it arrived before 3pm - spot on. The clothes are top quality. Perfect for the gym or your everyday needs. They've officially become my new favourite online store. 10/10. Get on it guys you're missing out.

What a shockin company sizes no were near true size charge you to return an deliver an dont even refund your money terrable never again tradin standards need to be looking in to these as by looks of reviews im not the only one more than likely turkey knock offs

Great clothes great prices

Brought a tracksuit from dripmoda. Was unhappy with the Jacket but happy with the trousers. I then brought a different Jacket right away to replace the unwanted as on the website it states full refunds are available. When i come to return the item it is for exchange or store credit only. The returns email on the website does not exist and the sales email i am still awaiting response although it states again on the website a reply will be within 24 hours.
