Great foot wear at a really good price. Ordered late Tuesday for a delivery Friday morning. Can’t fault service and price

Arrived next day, really happy with the service

For starters, if it was possible, I would have rated 0. First contacted DripModa on 20 June 2025, and they responded back the same day and I responded the same day, that is where the positives end. Since 20 June 2025 the contact has been very minimal to say the least. Took nearly a week to get another reply only for them to ask, “How many times has the product been worn and how many times it has been washed”. Again, I replied the same day. The week later I was then asked, “Can you confirm if the item has been washed according to the care label instructions?” It just seems to me that this company know that they are providing items that are not fit for purpose as they are falling apart within a few weeks of receipt. I would actually go so far as to say that the items sold to me are counterfeit as someone who has the exact same items as me has had no problems whatsoever with theirs and they were bought directly from the manufacturer. All in all, not good quality products and even worse customer service, although this seems to be the standard response from DripModa to any customer that has a problem with their items or wants to return items, you only have to look at the other reviews on this site. Overall, my opinion would be to avoid this company. I will certainly never order anything from them ever again!

This is our third order from you and I can't fault you from the ease of use website, top quality clothing and quick delivery. Keep up the good work.

Dosent even deserve 1 star. Absolutely a farce of whatever they are.Email you constant with % off this item and % off that item untill you want to return something and they vanish.No refunds Some items are against there return policy???Sizes do not match what they say they are.Honest stay away,we'll away.Will be taking this further.

Buying and receiving - no issues. Returning for a refund? Appalling. They received my item 19th June, no correspondence until I emailed. They did reply and say it takes a minimum of 7 days to deal with a return. But no maximum was given despite me asking. I’ve asked for an update and received none. Have requested cash refund rather than the store credit they automatically offer, no response. Frustrating as the order was for a birthday this week. Order #311624 if anyone can be bothered to deal with it. Been nearly a month since original order.

Absolutely love the little boys Nike sets from this store , perfect for summer and at great prices . Excellent customer service and delivered fast so buy with confidence ! Just wish there were a few more variations of junior clothing as lots of the sets have black shorts . (I’d buy multiple but don’t want the same black shorts )

Con artists. The sizing they use is different to the manufacturer (letter instead of measurement) so it was difficult to establish whether I was ordering the correct size. The returns policy for an online store is abysmal and details about none returns for discounted items is impossible to find…until you try to return the item. They never respond to emails so there’s little chance of arranging exchange, credit or refund. My advice - pay a few quid more and buy from a known source.
