Switching is seamless.

I first dealt with Dolphin last year and they saved me a lot of money. At the time I was being loyal to my existing supplier for many years assuming that they would provide me with competitive rates but on contacting Dolphin I discovered that was not the the case. Dolphin are efficient and effective and I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed by this service

Very disappointed by this service. I have used this service multiple times and invited friends and family to use it too.. on this occasion I was offered a new package to change providers. I agree to the new provider and I informed Monica that my contract wasn't up till the 19th of June so she said she would put this as the start date.. contracts were sent over which I signed.. I received a bill from my current provider with an €100 early exit free after I had told them I was in contract till the 19th of June.. I have messaged them a number of time re this €100 as I feel that they have made the mistake and that they should reimburse me the same.. my numerous messages have been ignored. I find that this is not right way to deal with loyal customers. So other beware.

Let Down After Years of Loyalty

I’m very sorry to say that after so many years of using Dolphin Utilities’ services, I now feel forced to write this negative review. Back when Dave was the one handling customers, I felt cared for and trusted him completely. Unfortunately, ever since the team expanded with new staff, I’ve been completely ignored as a customer. Just under a month ago, I switched electricity providers based on the team's recommendation. Despite signing all the necessary documents, the switch never happened. I have now received a large bill from the company I thought I had already left. Even though Dolphin Utilities promised to look into the matter, I haven’t heard back from anyone in over a week. I’ve been messaging them daily, I’ve called, left a voicemail, and sent an email — but I’m being completely ignored. This behavior is shockingly unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially for someone who’s been a loyal customer for years and has recommended their services to many friends. I’ve lost trust in this company, and I know I’m not the only one. Ignoring clients, not replying to messages... they simply can’t be trusted anymore. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company. I’m truly sorry, Dave...

Easy to use

Everything sorted over text, no fuss and easy to do especially when time is limited. Can be slightly slow to reply but I think that is just because they are so popular
