Let Down After Years of Loyalty
I’m very sorry to say that after so many years of using Dolphin Utilities’ services, I now feel forced to write this negative review. Back when Dave was the one handling customers, I felt cared for and trusted him completely. Unfortunately, ever since the team expanded with new staff, I’ve been completely ignored as a customer. Just under a month ago, I switched electricity providers based on the team's recommendation. Despite signing all the necessary documents, the switch never happened. I have now received a large bill from the company I thought I had already left. Even though Dolphin Utilities promised to look into the matter, I haven’t heard back from anyone in over a week. I’ve been messaging them daily, I’ve called, left a voicemail, and sent an email — but I’m being completely ignored. This behavior is shockingly unprofessional and deeply disappointing, especially for someone who’s been a loyal customer for years and has recommended their services to many friends. I’ve lost trust in this company, and I know I’m not the only one. Ignoring clients, not replying to messages... they simply can’t be trusted anymore. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company.
