Parfait. Application hyper pratique. Véhicule nickel . Un 5/5. Dockx est pour moi un incontournable de la location de vehicules. Que dire de plus !
Alles is vlot verlopen en was goed geregeld. Spijtig dat bij een bestelwagen gehuurd in Herent (bij Leuven) alle vooraf ingestelde radio zenders Franstalig waren/zijn.
Nette bestelwagen met laadbrug gehuurd. Alles werkte naar behoren, behalve de ruitenwissers die aan een vervangbeurt toe waren.

Prima service en kwaliteitsvol materiaal. Vriendelijk en bekwaam onthaal zowel via de telefoon vooraf, als bij de afhaling en het terug inleveren.
Vriendelijk en efficiënt. Maar veel te duur en ze houden zich niet aan de afgesproken prijs. Geen detail gekregen van de prijs. Dus geen factuur.
Bij Dockx kan tijdensxruime openingsuren terecht voor huren van een voertuig . Vakbekwzme medewerkers helpen je snel verder .
Afspraak voor ophaling in Mechelen maar Voertuig in Wilrijk. Voertuig technisch in orde maar niet zuiver in cabine. Stuur plakt en op dashboard drankrestanten. Voorruit smerig buiten en binnen. Ontvangst en afhandeling bij ophalen ok. Bij teruggave wat minder. " ok we zullen wel nakijken en de factuur volgt per mail" niet overlopen of nazicht met de klant.
wel een correcte afhandeling en goede afspraken, niet zo heel zuivere camionette meegekregen, ook het olieverbruik en de herstelling aan de stekker voor aanhangwagen werd gecompenseerd, mogelijk in de toekomst nog met jullie samenwerken, bedankt voor het goede onthaal aan de balie
