Everything went good and smooth. We were met by your representative and she was well informed and kind.

Avoid using the mortgage service at Dixons Halesowen. Dixons itself, great, but Bal signed us up to an insurance we told him we didn’t require and we are nearly £1000 out of pocket because of it and apparently it’s ’not his problem’ when we spoke to him about it. I really hope he doesn’t do this to other people but have no doubt this will happen again. The stress this has put us under is awful, especially being heavily pregnant. Please be careful guys and ensure you always have someone with you to witness conversations. The company have dealt with it terribly and we are now in this horrible situation. No remorse or apology from them. Disgusting.

Awful experience as a buyer with Dixons Kidderminster. Very rude staff member who communicated poorly and shared contact details without consent, lost sale as a result.

Amelia Pace should wear a Wonderwoman cape! Her drive and determination to smash through any obstacles that could hold up our house sale were outstanding. Through her effective and regular communication with the buyer and pushing the solicitors on both sides, she succeeded in getting completion of our sale even earlier than we'd hoped. Her straight-talking and tenacity are a breath of fresh air!

So many things went wrong and I’m not even sure where to start. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave. To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else. They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.

Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.

Scam company. Takes 6 months' holding deposit from immigrants and then let the property to other customer. They do not reply after getting your money.

Have nothing but praise for the Kingsheath branch of Dixons & the girls there. Amelia & Emily have been absolutely amazing. Returned everyone of my calls,gave their immediate attention to all of my queries concerning the house sale & chased up replies from solicitors. Couldn't thank these girls enough (not forgetting Shanneen too). 1st class customer service from all 3 ladies. Thank u guys. I'd certainly recommend u to anyone buying or selling. Have been discussing our now property with Matt and Libby since February. They worked really hard to liase between myself and the seller and always kept both parties up to date. The knowledge Matt has is excellent and reassuring which made for an easier ride. They answered phones and emails in a timely manner and always made sure we where doing the right thing- definitely had our best interests at heart. Couldn't thank them enough for the honesty, hard work and overall kindness. The buying a home package was a lovely gesture too.

My first experience with Dixon's Redditch was impressive, the people were so friendly and honest about a property I was interested in. On the day of visiting the property the agent AMANDA was a true professional, honest and understanding person. Really wanted to hear about my wants and needs and took on board all my comments and quickly returned with all the answers. I felt in control of the viewing and pressured to look at the property quickly or make an offer. This experience has made me want to tell others what an amazing agent AMANDA is and how supportive and caring Dixon Redditch is. We had a bad experience with our previous estate agents but then decided to go for Dixons (quinton). I cannot express how much they have supported us from the beginning to the end.
