I’ve been looking to get aligners for some months now and decided to go with Together Dental because of their rating. As expected things went smoothly, was able to get appointments quickly and when I decided to switch locations they offered to refund me my initial consultation fee even though they didn’t have to.

So many things went wrong and I’m not even sure where to start. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave. To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else. They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.
