Have paid my insurance diligently for more than a year. I lock my bike within the boundary of my property with 2 locks and the bike is stolen somewhere within 48 hours so it could have been in broad daylight but my claim is denied? Even though the policy states ‘stored at their property’? Very unhappy and do you think I will use them again?

Happy with attention on you representatives. But an increase on my car insurance of over 40% is brutal and unfair. After some time explaining a reduction to 390.18 But still a increase of but still over 30% increase Can’t see how this is justified 😡

The customer service team are excellent - really fast and efficient and if they arent sure on something they are honest and double check things and call you back. When our car was stolen they were amazingly fast at getting us sorted with the hire car. When we moved home they were really helpful in pausing my buildings insurance whilst we rented short term and then got it back up and running once we bought our house - super flexible and easy to talk to.
