55% renewal increase on pet insurance after a single claim which amounted to less than £800. Wouldn’t use them again for any type of policy.

Great experience

This company will force you to take fault for an accident without even consulting other driver my accident should have been 50/50 wasnt even offered consultation with a lawyer or nothing. Increased my premium by £500 after i bought my car despite getting quote previous day for £130. I cant wait for next year already just to tell them where to shove their insurance.

Customer service assistant was very helpful and sorted everything out which was great it is a pity I had such difficulty renewing on line ,website was unresponsive and a pain to use.

Good service - only not 5 star as cannot access different types of insurance online in account. Seems bizarre not to be able to do this when the purpose of an account is to access insurance details. Phone operative said not possible.
