Flat Mobile from DR, mixed feelings

Me and my girlfriend both have the Flat Mobile subscription from Digital Republic. The setup to get the eSim going was pretty straightforward and fast. I use the internet mostly to browse on my phone, watch videos or provide a hotspot for other devices to do the same there. The internet works quite well during the day. However, the bandwidth in the evening gets super bad so that I usually cannot watch youtube videos in 720p or stream videos on my Laptop without frequent stuttering. This is a major bummer because a big reason for me to have internet at home is to watch movies since at work I have wifi from my employer.

Responsive support team 💙

When I found out that my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G was not esim compatible, they simply swapped it with a physical sim card and send it to an address of my choice. Very responsive support team!

Hervorragender Kundenservice und gute Preise

Ich bin jetzt schon über 2 Jahren Kundin bei Digital Republic und kann sie wirklich empfehlen. Der Kundenservice ist grossartig: Sehr gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und schnell. Als ich mal eine Simkarte verloren habe, genügte ein Anruf und am nächsten Tag (!) war die neue Simkarte im Postkasten und es funktionierte wieder alles. Ich habe einen Mobilfunkvertrag für unlimitierte Telefonie und unlimitiertes Internet in der Schweiz. Die Netzqualität sowohl beim Telefonieren als auch beim Internet ist tadellos. Lediglich bei Waldspaziergängen am Stadtrand von Winterthur ist die Netzabdeckung beim mobilen Internet nicht an jeder Stelle vorhanden. (kommt bei Telefonaten über Chat-apps manchmal zu Verbindungsunterbrüchen) aber das spielt für mich keine grosse Rolle weil sie sonst überall tadellos ist, selbst in Konstanz (Deutschland) hat man teilweise noch Empfang.

Seit über 1nem Jahr bin ich nun mit Telefon & Internet bei Euch UND darf guten Gewissen's sagen: Ich war noch mit keiner Telefongesellschaft & Internet so zufrieden, wie mit Euch. Und das heisst etwas. Weil, mir ist natürlich neben der Leistung, vorallem DER kompetente-persönliche und schnelle SERVICE sehr wichtig. Bei euch funktionieren einfach alle Bereiche! Das beste was ich machen konnte, die SIM Karte als 2. Karte im Handy. Sehr guter Empfang Skypen, Whatsapp, Mercdes me etc. In der Ferienwohnung benutze ich sie als Hotspot. Super Personal, am Anfang war ich etwas Umständlich. ( Altershalber:)) Aber ich wurde richtig liebevoll betreut bis alles funktionierte. ich bin ca. 2 Jahre schon sehr zufriedener Kunde.
