Flat Mobile from DR, mixed feelings

Me and my girlfriend both have the Flat Mobile subscription from Digital Republic. The setup to get the eSim going was pretty straightforward and fast. I use the internet mostly to browse on my phone, watch videos or provide a hotspot for other devices to do the same there. The internet works quite well during the day. However, the bandwidth in the evening gets super bad so that I usually cannot watch youtube videos in 720p or stream videos on my Laptop without frequent stuttering. This is a major bummer because a big reason for me to have internet at home is to watch movies since at work I have wifi from my employer.

È da tanto che voglio scrivere una…

È da tanto che voglio scrivere una recensione per questa azienda e adesso ho trovato il tempo. Sono loro cliente da più di un anno, ed ho utilizzato 3TB di dati, quindi ho avuto modo di testare la loro offerta. Meritano 10 stelle solo per il fatto che la loro offerta è onesta. Non so se esistano altre compagnie così. Paghi solo ciò che scegli e se una mattina ti svegli e vuoi cambiare piano, ti accreditano il credito residuo che non hai ancora consumato. Questa cosa mi ha colpito e non credo ci siano altre compagnie che lo facciano. Riguardo al servizio hanno sempre mantenuto le promesse. A volte ho avuto problemi di linea, ma è stato con temporali o quando c'era molta gente. Hanno sempre rispettato il piano dati prescelto senza fare troppe limitazioni. Io ho dovuto caricare quasi 2tb di foto e con loro ci sono riuscito. Di solito i gestori, anche della fibra limitano la banda se ci sono troppi upload. Il servizio clienti le poche volte che l'ho utilizzato mi è sembrato competente. Ha solo una cosa negativa, ma molto negativa. Il roaming non funziona. Ho acquistato un piano dati roaming un anno fa e non sono mai riuscito ad usarlo. Visto che il servizio è stato sempre ottimo e loro sono onesti, non ho fatto storie, altrimenti avrei chiesto il rimborso. Oggi ho acquistato un router e utilizzerò una nuova SIM per il WIFI di casa. Ormai so cosa aspettarmi da loro.

Delivery was fast

Delivery was fast. When it comes to ID verification, the countdown timing was way too fast too. Not to my liking. Unlike my experiences with other companies, you also do not have the chance to preview the image taken or retake it for clarity. Please improve on this and it will save you the hassle to manually review ID and cause longer wait time at customer’s end.

Datenschutz? Konto löschen? Nur via lästiger email

Ich finde den Service an sich super. Kann aber keine genauen Angaben darüber finden was genau DR denn alles so vom user speichert. Kontakte? Nutzung? Und Löschen kann man sein Konto wohl nur via email. Wieso nicht in der Plattform? Warum diese künstliche Hürde. Generell immer fraglich, es ist immer alles top wenn man einsteigen will. Aber wie es läuft und aussteigen, ne, lieber alles kompliziert halten und ein Schleier drum. Verstehe ich nicht.

Der Kundenservice verdient 10**********

Der Kundenservice hat sich eigentlich 10 Sterne verdient. Für einmal keiner dieser wertlosen und nervigen Bots, die ausser auf Banales keine Antwort wissen. Nein, echte Menschen, die per E-Mail und telefonisch erreichbar sind, auch am Samstag, und wirkliche Hilfe leisten! Besonders toll, dass immer wieder ohne Aufforderung Status-Updates kommen, bis wirklich alles gelöst ist. Ein Traum! Hier bin ich gerne Kunde und werde es sicher auch bleiben!

Sehr kompetente und Professionelle Hilfe auch wenn es von meiner Seite mehrere Anläufe brauchte. Das aller beste was ich machen konnte. Ganz herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team, super macht weiter so. Lieferzeit ist sehr kurz 24 Stunden. Aktivierung und Identifizierung sehr einfach.

Meilleur fournisseur et de trés loin !

J ai une trés grande experience des FAI et je suis dans l informatique depuis 1989 je sais donc de quoi je parle . Ici les avis negatifs sont clairement des faux avis . Depuis le temps que je teste et parcoure les differents fournisseurs , le seul et unique qui nem ai pas pris pour un imbecile en me racontant des balivernes , mieux le seul qui m ai donne un veritable support en transparence sont Digital Republic , ils sont allé jusqu a me deconseiller un abonnement superieur et me donner un lien de test de bande passante, sur un site externe a eux que je ne connaissais pas . Sur la liste des voleurs patentés je mettrais en premier lieu yalllo swype qui vous vole litteralement et n offre pas un mois gratuit comme ils le disent mais vous lencaise grace a twint , puis yallo qui ne dit rien avoir a faire avace swype , puis sunrise et UPC qui eux ont le plus grand des culots ce sont le splus grands menteurs qui soient et leurs commerciaux de vulgaires chasseurs de primes, puis l operateur historique qui ment litteralement sur la bande passante , bien sur si vousn etes pas un specialiste vous ne le saurez jamais . Leurs commerciaux vous fourguent des appareils a credit avec des frais caches en vous abonnant deux années suplementaires mais sur le plus cher des abonnements en se fichant que vous passiez d un abo de 30 chf a plus de 100chf et dans votre dos ecrit en tout petit sur votre contrat . Je recommande vivement Digital Republic , leur infoline est efficacce et personnalisée loin les robots inhumains avec eux ! . je leur mettrais 1000 etoiles si je pouvais
