Mécontent mais je vais voir ce que Digital Licence propose.
Bonjour, je viens de faire l'achat d'une "Licence" qui n'en est pas une. On achète et ensuite on a pas de licence mais une version LTSC (Donc en fait lié à une entreprise sans aucune mise à jour futur. Sauf mise à jour de sécurité). Il est mis sur leur site que on a une licence et que c'est lié à notre compte Microsoft. Et bien non, on a un activateur comme le fichier de script dans les entreprise. Donc on paie pour une version qui n'est à jour qu'au niveau sécurité mais sans plus, qui n'est pas lié à notre compte en terme de licence pour lequel on a pas de numéro de Licence. Je demanderai à Digital Licence un geste ou que sais-je mais j'aimerai avoir une licence que je peux ajouter sur le site de Microsoft et que ça apparaisse dans mes licence. Cela serait vraiment chouette.

Digital License web site is a bit confusing, I ordered by mistake an English version of Office 2019 meanwhile I needed a French version. Once the key was received, I asked whether I could exchange the English one against a French one. Till date, no answer from Digital License ....

Could not verify that software is genuine
I bought a license for Microsoft Office 2021, based on representation that I will be able to download the software directly from Microsoft. After I bought it, Digital License suggested that I download the software from their website. I asked whether I can download it from Microsoft website. At first they said that Microsoft website was currently down (turned out to be not true), then they said this software is not yet available from Microsoft website (which would be strange for a software released 4 years ago). When I asked how I can be sure that software downloaded from Digital License is unmodified Microsoft software, they said it is signed by Microsoft. However, when I downloaded the software, it was signed by "Technik Markt TMA e.K." At this point I asked for a refund, which they promptly issued. Therefore I am giving them 3 stars out of 5. I did not try to install the software, and I do not know whether the key they provided allows to activate it.
