Esperienza pessima – ATTENZIONE: possibile truffa! Spinta dalle ottime recensioni lette online, ho acquistato il pacchetto Office da questo sito in data 07.04.2025 al prezzo di 25,49 €. Purtroppo, si è rivelata una scelta disastrosa. Appena installato il software sul mio computer NUOVO (acquistato da soli due giorni, senza altri programmi presenti), il sistema ha iniziato a funzionare malissimo: avvio lentissimo, programmi che non si aprivano, barra delle impostazioni bloccata e file che impiegavano diversi minuti per essere aperti — e comunque non funzionavano. Ho contattato subito la live chat per ricevere assistenza e mi è stato detto che il problema era dovuto a un hard disk pieno (!), nonostante avessi specificato che il PC fosse completamente nuovo e pulito. Nessuna vera assistenza è stata fornita. Su loro consiglio, ho riavviato il computer, ma al riavvio la situazione è peggiorata: ulteriori rallentamenti, impossibilità di aggiornare il sistema, e blocchi continui. Alla fine, ho deciso di disinstallare il pacchetto — operazione durata oltre 2 ore e 15 minuti! Una volta rimosso il software, il computer è tornato perfettamente funzionante: tutti i programmi si sono riavviati correttamente, anche l’antivirus ha ripreso a operare senza problemi. Sconsiglio VIVAMENTE l’acquisto da questo sito. Diffidate anche delle recensioni entusiaste, che probabilmente non sono affidabili.

Problem med uppgifter samt kontakt
Nedladdningen fungerade, men inte att få igång Outlook-paketet. Det saknas uppgifter för att kunna öppna programvarorna. Live-chatten fungerar inte och det tar evigheter att få svar på mail. Nästa gång köper jag av annan leverantör.

Installeren van MSOffice ging snel en eenvoudig, maar helaas werkte Word alleen in 'Comtabiliteitsmodus'. Prompt na mijn melding daarvan kreeg ik een link waarmee alles goed zou komen. En dat was zo. Top!
