Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.
I have been using Dexters as property manager for my flat in London for a few years. Their agent, Graziana, has been particularly helpful. She is attentive to details and consistently responds in a timely manner. This level of care and efficiency is appreciated and makes managing my property from a distance much easier. I would recommend them for their reliable service.

Dexters found excellent tenants. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because of their maintenance team. I have not been disappointed. They have been very responsive - even for emergencies at weekends!
Very unprofessional and rude attitude from agents. Had 2 viewing with them. The first place we saw was taken already, as the landlord took an offer from another agency. In the second place we viewed, we didn’t want to view but they pushed us to view with emails and calls, they rushed us to pay holding deposit. Next day they kept sending emails and calling to do reference, after filling everything up I received letter saying that we have to start doing the legal work, pretending that I haven’t started anything and said that it’s been 48hr (it was not close to that it was 38hr gap) since offer took place (7pm) on 14th and the email they sent was 9am on 16th. There in the email they threatened that the flat will go back on market because of that. When I went back to agency to pull the offer due to how unprofessional they treated us with the written emails, and threats that they will not give the place to us, they shouted at us to leave because I told her her mannerism was unprofessional, she told us we were being rude because of that, not letting us speak and she kicked us out of the agency with no chances of getting the deposit back.
Wouldn’t suggest anyone using this agency, terrible experience, and stolen deposit.
Jadasa Andjadiumi
I met Jadasa Andjadiumi very recently. She took over my apartment and she has a very friendly and helpful approach. I have had big problems and disagreements with the property manager before, but I believe that I can get along very well with Jadasa. I hope she will solve my carpet problem in the house soon!
Our property manager Kiera has been really helpful with all of our maintenance requests, keeping us updated with progress and making sure that everything has been fixed.
Graziana Doronzo and Angelo Fierro are our 'go to' contacts at Dexters, for a property we rent in North London. They are always friendly and super helpful.
We are never made to feel we are a nuisance (as apparently some management agents are inclined to do). We feel fortunate that they are there at the end of a phone call or email, should the need arise to call them.
