Bethan Pike was our property manager…

Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.

Exceptional Support in a Time of Crisis

I don’t have enough words to say about Monika Piszczyk. Even though I am a stranger to her, she treated me as if I were family. When I experienced a scary visit from our rodent friends in the middle of the night, I understandably woke up in a panic. What followed was a series of events that, without Monika’s support, I wouldn’t have managed. Monika got on the phone with me to calm me down and liaised with the landlady to get my expenses approved, even though I didn’t follow the standard method by getting a contractor outside of the agency. She could have easily stuck to procedural components, but instead, she saw past that and empathized with me as a human being. Her kindness and efficiency resolved an incredibly stressful situation and for that I can’t thank her enough!

I have worked with Angie since she…

I have worked with Angie since she joined Dexter at the north London Branch. I must say was a pleasant efficient and through professional attitude. Everyone in Dexter does a great but now I feel that there is someone willing to go the extra mile to get thing on the move. My tenants respect and appreciate her frank and informed direct approach. She calls me for instructions, makes suggestions and ideas. I feel she has the Dexter business, and my interests close at hand and going in the right direction. Since Angie joined Dexter at the North London branch, she has displayed a pleasant, efficient, and thorough professional attitude. Angie and I have developed a great working relationship, as she consistently listens to my instructions and ensures tasks are completed effectively. Her willingness to collaborate and adapt has been invaluable. • Angie goes the extra mile to get things moving. She effectively communicates my input to tenants, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and accurately. Her proactive approach sets her apart. • Tenants respect and appreciate Angie’s frank and informed direct approach. Dexters Tooting 5*

We have recently completed on our purchase of our house in Tooting. The property was going through probate and the sellers were only willing to proceed if we moved quickly. Michael took us through the process from the initial viewing on Day 1 up to completion 10 weeks later. We had an issue with our conveyancer leaving the business and Michael assisted in chasing and closing out a lot complications caused by this, ultimately allowing us to exchange on the original target date. Post purchase Michael has provided further advice and I would recommend thoroughly recommend using Michael and Dexters for any sale or purchase.

Rental management twickenham

The rental management team at Twickenham is in shambles. We’ve had 5 different people assigned to us in the past 18 months. No internal communication within the team different people call to ask the same question 10 times. When we went for fully managed service we thought the headache will be less as Dexters would be proactive. On the contrary we pay such high fees every month and are chasing them as a secretary on emails not actioned for 25 days. Would advise everyone to think twice before signing them up.

Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. She saw through the whole process and made sure things were done well. Thank you Monika for fighting for our rights to live in a safe and comfortable home.

Lorraine Hunter from Dexter’s property management team in Kingston Upon thames,has been the most helpful and kind advisor i have spoken to in a long time from Dexter’s.Both me and my partner have had numerous bad experiences with some members of the property management team however Lorraine has been the most kind honest and helpful. She made sure to sort out the issue we had very quickly and effectively. She deserves the 5 star rating that i have given today because she is the biggest asset on the team! Whenever I have another issue i will always make sure to get through to her.
