Third visit to correct a very small issue, absolutely excellent as before, everything sorted thanks to the friendly and professional team, special mention to Dt Tugbe Can who was really amazing and to the planning team who arranged all my transport to and from my hotel and the airport, the drivers were fantastic and always exactly in time, 5 stars as before, thank the very best team, Dentakay Nish.

Excellent service most professional. I had 3 extractions, 2implants, 5 root canal and 27 zirconium crowns and felt very little pain. I was well looked after I was very pleased with the end results. Had 15 extractions and 11 implants two months ago. Had a very small issue and contacted Dentakay, I went back to Antalya where they looked after me well and sorted everything without any issue. Everything is perfect now and I’m Healing well so that the final trip will be a breeze. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with everything, especially Miss Aseel and Dr Ebi. You can rest assured that their aftercare is exceptional and they are a highly professional organisation. I would 100% recommend and can’t wait until December when they fit my temporary crowns. Totally professional friendly immaculate surgery excellent service from start to finish

I've been to Dentakay Clinic in Antalya 2 weeks ago for a consultation and i said to consultant that i need 2 hours to think about it and he said no.. and brink 2 more consultants to make pressure on me to do the deal with them and finally i accepted. They told me that the best zirconium what they have is Ivoclar and i choosed it. The doctor show me the colours of teeth that i like and i choosed the whitest colour. At the end the whitest colour didn't match with the zirconium teeth that creating for me and the doctor said that the Ivoclar zirconium can't be whiter than that, so why they show me the whitest colour wich can not make for costumers? After has fixed my zirconium crowns the doctor with the glasses told me that one of canine teeth it's too long and was granding off too much without my advice and one is short, other is one long now.. waste time and a lot of money for beginers doctors. If they've won any European Prize how they're advertising, wich i don't believe, this clinic won it for giving free teas, coffees and sweets, not for dentistry. Now i'm looking for a profesional clinic to my mouth with new zirconium teeth whiter, properly..

I felt so at home when I got to Dentakay, the staff were amazing to me and my two children… the doctors were so patient and professional.. and I love my new teeth I recommend this clinic to anyone seeking for new beautiful smile

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the clinic for veneers and a crown. From beginning to end, my experience was excellent. Dr. Irem took exceptional care of me and her attention to detail reassured me of the quality of service I was receiving. The planning team and drivers were all professional and went above and beyond, providing transportation to and from the airport and hotels multiple times. Dentakay is superb. 5 stars. From when you land to when you take off, the Planning Team looks after you 100%. The clinic, staff and doctors are brilliant and very professional; I had several treatments with four doctors/surgeons, and they were all great, calming and highly skilled. A special mention to my consultant Dr Cem Taspinar and the clinical staff. Dr Cem is excellent, super friendly, spends time explaining things, is reassuring and is a superb consultant. Another Thank You to Elena for coordinating my treatment plan. Elena was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dentakay for its superb all round service and, frankly, the life-changing outcomes. Nervous about taking this big step? Alors un topo détaillé et objectif de mon séjour aux 2 cliniques dentakay İstanbul Soin commencé en mars 2023 et fini le 07 juillet 2023 ( pose couronnes et implants) Alors effectivement le devis envoyé la 1ere fois sur whatsapp diffère fortement du devis sur place, je comprends qu’un écart soit possible avec les radios faites sur place mais pas un si grand écart, on sent quand même que gagner de l’argent est très important pour eux quitte à faire des soins plus ou moins nécessaire .. de toute façon je signe et acceptes le devis, extraction d’1 dent qui était pour moi pas nécessaire ( 7 extractions au total) pose de couronnes définitives sauf sur les implants (5 implants pré molaire et molaire) ) car 3 mois de cicatrisation, les couronnes me convenais parfaitement Donc soins fini pour le mois de mars retour en France, les gencives se rétractent sur les couronnes posées, résultat, espaces entre les couronnes et les gencives, 5 jours après forcément, grosses infectons ! Traitement par antibiotiques en France. Je signale mon problème … le suivi n’es pas optimal, c’est sur à distance c’est pas top ! De retour à Istanbul le 26 juin 2023, ils décident de tout enlever et tout retailler car d’après ce que j’ai compris le travail fait au mois de mars à mal été fait et trop vite ! Arrivé à la clinique, l’attente est longue, beaucoup trop longue (2h30 d’attente) a chaque fois pour être pris en charge par un dentiste On ne sait jamais les jours suivant de soin et quels soins vont-ils faire … on doit attendre le message sur whatsapp à laquelle on peux le recevoir à des 3,4 heures du matin pas génial ça ! Et le message sur whatsapp c’est uniquement l’heure d’arrivé du chauffeur qui arrive plus ou moins à l’heure, tous leur VANS sont très inconfortable !! Car suspension HS ! Finalement ils m’ont tout refait, à peu près comme je voulais ( je voulais plus blanc mais ils m’ont déconseillé) mais c’est propre et beau, faut le dire … après à voir dans le temps ! .. ils disent garantie 10 ans mais en cas de souci je ne me vois pas prendre l’avion pour faire jouer la garantie en cas de souci Voilà La clinique est très belle et très propre,ça sent toujours bon, c’est agréable ! personnel aimable ! Very happy with the top quality of service ,I have received, at dentakay my dentist was exceptionally good, and my tanslaters were fantastic, you are met by wo derfull staff who are compassionate, and understand your worries and concerns, I have had 14 implants and returning for my permanent teeth hotel is great transport fantastic, price excellent Can't thank them enough at Dentakay, I highly recommended them, I have now returned 6 months later to have my permanent teeth fitted, they look fantastic, I can't thank dentakay enough, highly recommended

pour être très honnête il faut avouer que sa manque un peux d'organisation en prenant en compte le nombre de personne qui passent ont peux finir par l'accepter même si sur place ont est agacer par le nombres d'heures que l'ont est susceptible d'attendre avant d'être pris en compte et parfois par 2 personnes différentes ce qui est très compliqué car les dentistes ne parle absolument pas le français hormis le turc et l'anglais approximatif . ce qui est plus compliqué c'est vrai pour ce qui me conercne mais en parlant a d'autres patient sur place , il est quasiment réccurent que les tarifs changent une fois arrivée sur place , alors parfois surement que l'examen a distance avec les panoramique qui nous sont demandée n'est pas assez précis dans ce cas la clinique doit exigé me semble t'il des infos ou radio complémentaires parce que sa peux faire varier le prix du simple au double et rare sont les gens qui refuse une fois sur place . ensuite les infos sont donner au jour le jour par sms souvent les chauffeurs sont en retard rien durant 1 ou 2 jours et puis l'avant dernier jour ou le dernier jour voir dernières heures suivant les travaux a effectuer vous y êtes jusqu'à 2 heure du matin et la douleurs parfois est difficile a supporter et pas vraiment prise en considération je fait ce commentaire aujourd'hui car je voulais attendre les premiers résultats après avoir fait la première partie ( extraction 5 dents et 18 couronnes ) il me reste 5 implants a faire dans ce mois ci le bilan le résultat est joli ce que je voulais les douleurs acceptable très difficile de manger la première semaine il faut s'adapter à la gêne que l'ont ressent au début ce qui je pense est normal je ferais un autre post a mon retour après le final . pour ceux qui prospecte comme j'ai fait moi la première fois je dirais objectivement que tout n'est pas parfait sauf l'hygiène que sa peux être long d'attendre et pas le prix qui nous ai donné au début mais il faut également se dire que sur place les yeux dans votre bouche sa n'ai pas la même chose que sur une radio dentaire .

I would like to start by thanking everyone for the hospitality I have recieved through the whole first part of my treatment plan. Everyone was very welcoming from the drivers to the assistants and of course the doctors. Doctor Alper was the doctor that did my full extraction and impants. He was very encouraging and welcoming aswell as very patient with me. He was an amazing doctor and I would recommend him to everyone that needs his services. I would also like to thank Doctor Nuray. She also a very very amazing doctor who cares very much about the aesthetic and made sure I was very happy of how my teeth looked even though it was only temporary she was also very patient and very careful with the way she worked with me. Lastly my assistants were also very amazing from the begining Mr Sami was great and patient. When I got here I had the opportunity to meet my medical advisor Ahmed who was so amazing and I would like to thank him for his patients and his hospitality he was amazing and I wish the next time I come in 3 months he will be here. My night shift agent Nayl was also very nice calm and patient he was welcoming and helped us though everything while he was here. Eray and Ali were also extremely sweet patient calm they all always checked on me even During surgery and any procedure I had. Overall I loved everyone they were all amazing and I would recommend this clinic and these specific patient to everyone
