DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

Wir waren mit dentakay sehr zufrieden. Vorallem mein Arzt Abdullah Kara ist sehr professionell. Die Betreuung war sehr freundlich und der Empfang gut organisiert. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Ich würde Dentakay und das gesamte Team weiter empfehlen.

My front teeth were really ruining my psychology. Actually, I had the necessary aesthetic treatment done before, but I was not satisfied. I did a lot of research and found DentAkay. It is a perfect feeling. Thank you very much for everything. Not only my teeth but also my psychology improved :)

Ich heiße Arzu, bin 42 Jahre alt und habe seit über 10 Jahren Probleme mit meinen Zähnen gehabt. Ich entschied mich, in der Dentakay Klinik über Zirkoniumkronen beraten zu lassen. Ich setzte mich mit Frau Kübra Demir in Verbindung. Vom ersten Kontakt an fühlte ich mich in der Klinik professionell beraten. Anreise, Termine, Beratung und Behandlung waren von Frau Kübra Demir absolut perfekt organisiert. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Und ich muss sagen, ich hatte wirklich Angst und Bedenken, ob alles gut gehen wird. Ein besonderes Lob an meine Ansprechpartnerin Frau Kübra Demir. Der Kontakt über WhatsApp vor der Anreise und während meines Aufenthaltes in Istanbul war absolut reibungslos. Alle meine Fragen wurden immer innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Dr. Abdullah Kara hat mich nach den Röntgenbildern sehr geduldig und professionell beraten. Er hat mir meine Sorgen und Ängste genommen. Dr. Abdullah Kara war sehr geduldig und hat die Betäubung so eingestellt, dass ich während der Behandlung keine Schmerzen hatte. Das ganze Team war immer gut gelaunt, humorvoll und sehr professionell. Für jeden einzelnen Patienten nehmen sie sich ausgiebig Zeit. Die Patienten kamen aus der ganzen Welt, man hörte immer verschiedene Sprachen im Wartebereich. Die Klinik ist sehr modern, hygienisch und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand.

Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, vom erst Gespräch mit Dilara und die Organisation klappte einwandfrei. Die Ärzte sind sehr kompetent! Die Beratung was auch bestens . VIP Shuttle war immer pünktlich. Sehr sauber im Klinik alle sind freundlich. Bin aber auf das Ergebnis gespannt

organisation bien mais les rdv qu ils donnent change tout les jours prévu 30min avant le départ. moyen de leurs part mais nous font galèrer comme pas possible ils nous doivent 1700e (validé par les équipes de là-bas car surplus donné) et maintenant 1mois qu ils nous vont galèrer. on n pas venu dépenser 500 chez chez mais 11000e !!!! très déçu du "service" bref des voleurs et surtout menteurs ! après plus d un mois ils nous ont remboursé après leurs avoir courru après. je n ai pas souhaité supprimer mon avis, comme ils le souhaitaient mais le mettre à jour. fait attention lors de vos paiement

J'ai juste demandé un avis et un devis en octobre, je suis harcelée Quand je bloque un de leur numéro on me raccole avec un autre numéro me demandant pkoi je les avait bloquer. Je vos un véritable enfer avec cette société qui chaque semaine me harcèle avec un numéro différent Je Repars à istanbul en février je vais certainement déposer plainte

I had my first treatment the end of November 2023 and am pretty pleased with the results in the main although a price of my front tooth crown came away but l am trusting this will be sorted on my next visit and will complete a further review then. The positives are the root canal was painless and done very professionally as were the extractions (2) and implants (3) 👍. Daniel from Customer care team at the Antalya clinic was excellent and put me at ease and explained treatments well.😀😀. The collection to and from the airport and hotel were also a real selling point and all was well and went as planned. Not so good was the price differences between what was agreed with the telephone and WhatsApp contact and what was then asked for upon arrival which l had not budgeted for as l had trusted the telephone consultant after confirming costs twice before departing. I did challenge this with the finance guy in Antalya clinic stated they were nothing to do with him and a different department and also made reasons up for the higher costs that were clearly inaccurate - not good responses!! however we did eventually agree on a figure that was still a lot more but at least closer to what was quoted. Disappointingly - now l have paid the bulk of the money including overpaying as l did not need all the work paid for and had agreed to take this as a reduction from costs for the next visit - suddenly no transport or hotel are provided??? And when you ask why and when this was changed - no reply given so still waiting for a response. With a tweaking of the dissonance between the sales team quotes and oversight to ensure they are being honest, clear and transparent in quotes and advising of all costs and changes - this would show more integrity and lead to customer trust and a higher take up of future customers. I will write another review after my next visit in February.

I recently sought dental treatment with Dentakay in Turkey and started with an initial X-ray at Harley Street, which cost me £50. Following this, I was scheduled for a consultation at their Grosvenor Gardens office. However, upon my arrival, I discovered that the office was empty and had been so all day. Despite this, no one from Dentakay had contacted me to inform me of any changes to my appointment. When I reached out to them, their initial response was misleading - claiming that my being late was the reason for the missed consultation. However, after I pointed out the absence of staff at the office, they admitted that all staff had been sent to Manchester. It took me over two hours to get to and from their offices This lack of communication and mismanagement was not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. I did not receive an apology for this oversight. Instead, I was assured of better care during my treatment in Turkey. However, this experience has significantly diminished my confidence in their services. If a company fails to manage a consultation or notify me of appointment changes and then lie why I wasn’t seen, I am somewhat concerned about entrusting them with my dental treatment. I’m sharing my experience to inform potential clients of Dentakay, The lack of communication and professionalism I encountered raises serious doubts about their customer service and operational management. I was yet again contacted by Dentakay today asking if i still wanted treatment,I could not believe this especially as it was from the last person I communicated with at Denakay. Suite à de multiples problèmes dentaire I lié au mauvais travail fait en France je suis tombé par azar sur une vidéo insta j'ai donc décidé de prendre contact, par contre pour les mauvais commentaires nous sommes limite dans les réponses stupide ! Pourquoi je vous dit cela, car la vérité quand vous demandé un devis vous vous informer des tarifs des conditions savoir exactement ce que vous allez déboursé !!!??? Certain commentaires critique Dentakay alors qu'ils sont clair sur les conditions de ce qu'ils prennent en charge ou NON personnellement sur 2 visites je sais exactement ce que je dois dépenser et OUI TOUT N'EST PAS GRATUIT !!! ils sont déjà 4 fois moins chère qu'en France et attention ils sont super bien équipés voir mieux et font un travail extraordinaire du début à la fin je remercie encore Layan m'a consultante m'a traductrice Fatou et mon médecin le docteur Hüseyin ☺️ biensur je recommande les clinic Dentakay 👌🏼💪🏼🙏

Suite à la pose de mes facettes en octobre 2022 j’attends toujours qu’on me rappelle pour une sensibilité et un écart qui n’est pas normal Sofiane jihane layan et j’en passe je suis en attente d’une réponse de leur part depuis le mois de juin à bannir le SAV je vous conseille l’as du corps une copine à été et le résultat le suivi impeccable Bensalem yacima

Bonsoir la clinique dentakay se fou de notre gueule à moi et ma femme moi il m'ont laissé un trou entre la gencive et les dents franchement ils font du mauvais travail. Apres plusieurs réclamation e service après vente ne nous a jamais reconnecté pour trouver une solution à fuir

Expérience formidable, j’avais une occlusion des dents du haut (dents rentrées à l’intérieur de la bouche) et j’avais les dents taches de jaune et marron par le tabac, le résultat est fantastique ça a changé ma vie. Je sourie la bouche ouverte et j’ai une dentition digne de Tom Cruise. Vraiment super content. L’équipe Dentakay vous accompagne du début à la fin. Une expérience que je recommande fortement. Pas motivé s’abstenir. Je recommande Dentakay à tous ceux qui rêves d’avoir un beau sourire. A bientôt.

I was impressed with care, service and attention which I received from the team from my first visit and all following visits. I always felt welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

Bonjour, je suis vraiment déçu de la clinique dentakay, plus jamais j'ai perdu mon argent pour rien, faites bien attention c'est une bonne arnaque

Just wanted to update my last two reviews regarding DENTAKAY DENTAL DIRTY DISGUSTING CLINIC. BIG WARNING to anyone that intend to get their teeth done in Turkey using this scumbags from the above mentioned clinic. I went back to Turkey for the second visit after 3 months healing period since my implants, to get my teeth. Of course I had to go to with a different clinic as I didn't want to take another chance with those creatures from DENTAKAY. Once I had my implants exposed to get them fixed with the healing cups, I lost 6 implants out of 12 I had in total due to infection. At the begining of my treatment the dentist had extracted 9 of my natural teeth. They were all broken and I had dental infection that has spread to the jaw bone. The dentist has extracted them all but did not disinfect properly the bone and gums before he did the implants. Due to this reason the infection has spread and caused me to loose those implants. After complaining about the loss of my 6 implants, I asked them to refund my money for those implants that fell out but they refused. Despite this they still had the audacity to ask me to send them the implants that fell out as they tried to send them back to the manufacturer for a replacement. Imagine if the manufacturer would refused to replace those implants for free to them, I strongly believe they would use the same implants again into someone else's mouth. This is how low life scumbags they are. Once you get to know them you will agree with my opinion. I strongly advice you to avoid this clinic at any cost. Open your eyes properly before you commit to a dental treatment. Pay very careful attention to small details they offer and ask them to elaborate the offers as they will take advantage later on as for example DENTAKAY offered an all inclusive package only to ask me to pay myself for the flight and accommodation for the second visit. They will try anything they can to extract money out of you. Read my other two earlier reviews I placed on this site regarding DENTAKAY. Don't let them get away with theft as they did it for a long time now and is time to stop them for good.

This is very bizarre 🤷‍♂️ Dear customer please do your research before travelling to turkey for dental treatment.
