Takes about an hour to receive food. Over numerous occasions it is always a slog to get through this establishment. I went through a complete podcast while waiting in line for food. The food also comes out messy, with pieces of other items that were not supposed to appear in the particular food items. At least this is how it is at the Tehachapi California location.
The food is good when made correctly, but this company does not care about its customers.
This place makes good tasting food.... IS it good for you? lol I don't care. But they do have healthy options which I love, but I just can't help myself. I definitely will be back!
Even though I enjoy and like their food, I dread going there for my father for taco Tuesday at the Roseville location. The reason is because they take FOREVER to get your order out. A 20-25 minute wait is average here. They really need to teach their employees how to stuff a taco faster. I can go to any other fast food place and be in and out in a short period of time so I don't know what goes on at this location.I have even let my son stay in the drive through while I shop at a nearby store and finished shopping before him
