I would give a zero if I could- terrible customer service on chat, delivery driver kept passing the restaurant going elsewhere then dropped us, customer service reassigned another driver and 2 hours after the order, our food delivered and NOT ONE item was correct. And now hoops to jump thru for refund- they need to go out of business!! This has happened every time we use them, One problem or another- we never have this happen with DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber Eats. Disappointed in myself that I gave another chance. Never again!!!!
Delivery driver never rang doorbell. Never got an email that said delivered. Food stayed on porch all night. Emailed them and they told me they would contact local office. Never heard back. I even gave the driver a big tip. Never again.
Worst experience. I want to give ZERO rating. I booked one shipment, pickup person called (ph- 6361046231) and asked for OTP. He cancelled the pickup and blocked my number. DON'T EVER GO WITH THIS BUSINESS. PATHETIC.
My delivery today from Murray’s was so perfect. Came sooner than expected & was piping hot!! If I could rate this driver I would give them 5 stars. It was 1 of the best experiences I’ve had for delivery in a very long time!! Definitely should have tipped driver more for their outstanding delivery.
Absolutely terrible app and service. Do not use this app for ordering food. They will mislead you and take your money and won't help you. And they will push you to pay more so you can get your food. They basically steal your money and tell you to go figure it out yourself because they can't provide the service they owe to them customers.
Would give 0 stars if could. I am actively on an on going email chain with constantly changing people from this company. I ordered food in the beginning of November 3 days in advance to be picked up on a Friday night using delivery.com's service to only find out that not only did the restaurant NEVER receive the order but my card was charged the full amount for the food from delievery.com! Delievery.com refuses to give me my money back, saying there's "nothing they can do" and pointing their fingers at the restaurant. To add insult to injury they gave me a 10 dollar credit for delivery.com, which is just a HUGE slap in my face. Like i would ever use delivery.com services again after having this horrible experience. I want my money back and I will continue fighting with them until I get it. This is unbelievable.
I pulled up a previous order just to see what I had ordered before. Just by accessing it another identical order was created automatically. After realizing what had happened I tried to cancel the order, but there is no way to do it on their website. I immediately contacted their support and was advised there is no way to cancel an order after being placed. Needless to say I will never use this delivery company again and I would advise against anyone else to stay away. There are reputable companies out there.
JUST HORRIBLE I ordered food when I was sick and spent 30 mins calling them with inappropriate and mean customer service people. DO NOT ORDER THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR DAY LOL just use any other delivery app literally Uber eats or door dash is way better and you won’t have to deal w the headache

Today delivery.com had issues with two of my orders. I could readily have gone out and acquired everything myself with less aggravation and annoyance. When a vendor's actual inventory doesn't match what they offer online (which happens frequently), you will get a phone call - from the vendor, from delivery.com or both. My second order today was incomplete and the vendor screamed at me that I wasn't sitting by the phone with it on (I was and it was). The only voicemail I received from him miraculously arrived right after his delivery person dropped off the incomplete order at the outside edge of the stated delivery window. All delivery.com would offer, after another wasted 10 minutes of "customer service" chat, was "sorry for the inconvenience." I had to use another service to get the items I wanted and that went off without a hitch (there were some out of stock items but we quickly resolved the issues via text) and the delivery was extremely fast (on a rainy day, no less). I don't see using delivery.com again until I hear that they've upgraded their processes significantly.
Should have zero stars. No helpful customer service, non-working confirmation, no updates, no refunds. No support provided. Do not use.

Love this app!!! Its local and goes to locals that are not on other app services so thats awesome but the last order i did the driver went and got food and got here way sooner than it estimated and my food was still super hot!! So then i got on the app and chatted with customer service to up his tip and they were attentive, fast, and very polite there also! Ive never had a problem with this service/app but the last order was exceptional 👍🤗
Spent $84 on food that took 2 hours to arrive. One meal ($22) was completely missing, the 2 other meals were completely wrong. The food that did arrive was cold. I have been trying for 8 days to get a refund and am getting the run-around. I have tried phone, chat, and email daily for all 8 days. No definitive response, only a canned response of "we are escalating the issue." They initially gave me 3000 points, useless since I have zero interest in using the service again. Even if I did plan to continue using the service 3000 points is less than $5. They owe me $84.
Delvery.com knows what it's doing. I had a wee problem with an order. I would NOT have bothered with it, except I had paid $ 145.00 for the food . The restaurants phone was NOT even available to tell them they had forgotten things. Soo reluctantly I called delivery.com , as I don't like to bother people , & BINGO David answered, & in 15 minutes, & that was wth a call back TO ME, at home from David , EVERYTHING WAS CORRECTED, with more than expected. They have great service, great people on the phone, unexpected courtesy, fast pickup on their phone lines, with NO waiting or " press 19 for Ugar language, press 21 , for are you drunk & need more time , 44 for are in jail & wish for delivery? Well, they really listen. Many times every month their sales pop up, & when you order your $$$$ back on orders add up fast on their " point system " . If you don't or haven't tried delivery.com TRY it. The others are too difficult to manage . Delivery.com is simple to use, add more new restaurants daily, & save you the most $$$$$$$$$$$$$ . The Furdeco delivery team provided an excellent service. They were on time and very efficient. They were polite and helpful. The phone/text service was also excellent.
They are scammers...this site is bogus. They are taking advance money and not picking up parcel.
I ordered through Delivery.com, and the service was horrible. the driver was 40 minutes late, food was cold, and then he told me they were out of the drink I ordered, and a refund would be given.
