I recommend going with GrubHub or UberEats. I’ve had a terrible experience with delivery.com! they do not take responsibility when mistakes are made, and I do not appreciate it at all. My order was completely messed up—first it was “delivered” so i walked around outside trying to see where it might be since it wasn’t where it was suppose to—only to find out my food is at the restaurant still! now it’s been almost 2 hours and i still don’t have my food or any word on when it will arrive! Customer support won’t refund me for how late it is—only if there’s an issue with the food. that’s unbelievable!
Ordered a scheduled food delivery for 7:45 am that did not arrive. Called delivery.com’s customer service line at 10:25 am. Was advised they would reach out to the restaurant to verify whether or not the order was picked up by the delivery driver and that they would call me back within a half an hour. Never received a call back. Called customer service the following day and was told I had called too late from the time of scheduled delivery for them to do anything.
I had a delivery where they forgot an item. Using the Delivery.com app's chat feature, I got a refund for the forgotten item and a credit to my account. I have used them for years and inevitably, once in a while, will have a bad experience. Delivery.com always takes care of the issue and makes me feel like a valued customer.

Noella tried very hard to make the best of a bad situation and was very well spoken and empathetic. As someone who has placed over 500 orders, many of which were with food on first, i had to be very patiently treated to talk me off the ledge with delivery.com since I had another recent problem.
