Had 2 large boxes delivered today by DX 2 really helpful guys took the boxes directly to the garage. Rob & ley from South East London.

I booked a baggage courier from delhi to my hometown. They charged initially once paid I need to keep on follow up for pickup. Everyday they had different excuses. After 1.5 months when I checked the status it showed status as delivered and upon checking with delivery guy I came to know that he has delivered in wrong address When I asked the reason they said I may have asked to delivery in wrong address. Really unprofessional. I don't have option to give 0 rating otherwise I could have given
What a great team Sarif and Asif were. They arrived within the time suggested- sought permission to back up to my garage, double checked my address and post code, checked over the door to make sure it could get into the garage, manoeuvring around the garage mechanism and placed it the right way round and rested it safely in the garage. Very polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you

I had my delivery this morning from Abeid and Nana. They were brillian. Very friendly and moved 3 large boxes into our garage for us. They were careful and considerate with the boxes and very helpful to me. Well done DX great service.
Horrible experience They have sent my parcel to someone and tried delivering someone else’s parcel to me. This error might happen but how thru dealt with this is pathetic. Not going to use their services ever again.
This company is a scam - do not order from them - it is fake and they never deliver their food but take your money - do not use them and they don’t help you at all - spent 109.00 and never received my food
I've been using delivery.com for several years now and have had very positive experiences overall! I love being able to use the points redeemed through my account towards purchases. Customer support can sometimes take time via the chat function but have always been very helpful too. I definitely recommend all that the platform has to offer!
On Nantucket Island, the delivery wait time and level of service is abysmal. Averages 2 hours when original estimates are 45-60 minutes. And more than once, the app says the order is completed (delivered) when it was not.
Uzair answered my inquiries fast and and was able to get everything sorted out quickly.

There was an issue with the order so I called Orange Crate who had no information so I called delivery.com. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant to talk to and quickly sorted out the issue. I expected to be compensated somewhat for the issues, but she ordered to comp the entire meal. I was shocked and very pleased, I will certainly be back.
Gracia was very quick and helpful in providing an update and solution to an issue I had regarding my order.
Arnold was terrific at finding a solution to my issue. Delivery.com has an excellent customer service department. All very polite and professional.
The employee solved my problem and completed the order for me.
