Richie was very personable and understanding of my situation after having been scammed by a previous "debt program". He worked within my budget and explained everything perfectly. The one draw back was the welcome call, very difficult to understand rep with extreme accent almost caused my to not be qualified for the program but Richie came to the rescue and clarified everything. Sure hopes this works out and we can be debt free in 5 years!!!

The person I spoke to explained everything to me and answered every question I had without hesitation, He know all the answers. When you get all your questions answered without hesitation it makes you feel more comfortable with giving all your information. It really made me nervous for a minute but Marco explained everything in detail and it made me feel more comfortable with what I was doing. And to know that I will actually be able to get out of debt sooner than later. I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Good Morning ! Hope everyone has a great day. I thought I would write a review because I was so impressed by everyone that has helped me thru this process. It took me a long time to read thru many reviews as well as doing research on the company. At first I was very skeptical . I was so worried about getting scammed. But with talking everything out with my advisor I finally was able to make a decision to go ahead with DDA. My advisor answered all my questions and concerns I had. Thank you Steve Torres for all your help. And thank you DDA for sending me the letter in the mail.I know I really made the write decision.

Professional caring legal personnel who cared about the predicament and offered help to get out of debt, answered all my suspicious questions with authenticity and clarification and made me realize there was truly a way out of the financial mess I was in. Plus the legal followup, providing me contact info and resources to check them out and made this a positive experience with something to look forward to in the future when bills are under control.
I had been contacted by a different type of program before and it was not something with which I was comfortable. Though this program does not have as many creditors who can be included in the process, it helps to know that it is a government certified and approved process and that the creditors who participate are incentivised with tax credits etc. Sadly, the money that I save with the creditor who do honor the program will end up used to pay those who stubbornly refuse to participate and continue to gouge customers. Nonetheless, I am impressed with the counselor and with the welcome pack which helps me see a light at the end of this tunnel other than the train coming the other way. Thank you
