They gave me information that I needed to know about the debts I have been paying, explained everything in detail to make sure I understood the program and how it was going to help me.
The process went very smoothly. I hastened to call. Did not know anything About the company. Amber explained everything to me and I told what happened and I was told that they would be contacting me. I am happy I responded to the letter they sent me.
Okay, I was really nervous sending that initial contact, but it went quickly. The team remained nice and supportive throughout. They were clear in their explanations and patient with all my questions that just kept coming. I never felt pushed or judged. Each step was doable since they kept me posted and gave me reasonable expectations. And to be honest, I could breathe a little better after every call. I'm truly grateful I took the chance. If you're not sure, I say try it. They made everything not so daunting and so much easier for me.
