The engineer was very helpful and open…
The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Was extremely please with the service
Was extremely please with the service, the receptionist was so polite and friendly and returned a call immediately as promised she was the one that actually sold the company to me. I felt as she was so lovely the rest of the staff would be too, and this definitly proved true as the gentleman that came out with in 24 hours was just as as polite and efficient. Job well done.

Absolutely first rate
Absolutely first rate! From being able to book through ANY method I chose (email, phone - hugely important for people unable to use phones), then by being kept up to date by customer service, and then Andy who came to diagnose and put right the problems we had. Andy looked for the cheapest solution despite the fact he could have sold us the most expensive aerial. He didn't. Instead, he told us we only needed the smaller aerial. He also replaced an ancient cable after showing the different readings between old and new cable, and left us with a 100% signal strength - for a bargain price!
