The engineer was very helpful and open…
The engineer was very helpful and open to suggestions. He explained and gave me a few options on how to resolve my digital problem. He completed a great job and installed a new satellite dish and box. He ensured that everything was up and running before leaving. He also removed the old satellite dish for recycling. However the office didn't send the engineer at the agreed time. This affected my work arrangements.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Did not expect my issue to be resolved on first visit but the engineer Richard was very professional and efficient, located and rectified the reception problem within 1 hour of arrival. Totally satisfied and would recommend DDA.

CHECK YOUR PRICE INCLUDES VAT. The engineer came out to my aerial that wasn’t working. He listened to my description of the problem and said there could be water in the aerial. He would go up and have a look & he could replace it if necessary. He took the aerial off and said, “yes it has water in it”. He was on the roof and I was on my drive, which is level with the first floor. He said he could change the aerial and the splitter and the price would be £135. I said okay yes, do the job. He came down the ladder with the old aerial a few minutes later and said, “yes, so with the VAT it will be £162”. I said you didn’t mention that before about the VAT and he said “I didn’t know if you heard me on the roof” - my drive is level with the first floor of my house and I could hear him clearly. I am not stupid and spend all my working days interviewing & talking to people. I won’t be recommending the company on this basis as I feel like it is deceitful. I paid the money as I wanted the job done quickly. I read elsewhere that this company always quote a price that includes VAT, but this was not done in my case.

First Class Service... Richard to visited us was very polite and courteous and clearly very competent at his job... All of our TV's are now working correctly after having the antenna replaced and TV's re-tuned...
