We recently used DC Law as reccomended by our agent. Previously we have used local firms but I couldn't reccomend the service highly enough. Hollie Pomford was our point of contact & would respond to emails/calls incredibly quickly. The online portal made things very easy & kept us informed at all times. Hollie made our house move as smooth as possible & we would most definitely use again if required!

If you need conveyancing, you should call Megan at DC Law. It sounds like an ad because it should be. She throws both fire and ice. A master in the dark arts of conveyancing. Honestly, at this point, she's basically my hero. I should probably write something less weird but my brain is 90 percent gone after dealing with this house and it is only due to Megan's amazing work I have the remaining 10. All hail Megan, 10/10. Super fast replies and always on the case.

I dont want to give out names, but it has been a daunting experience working with DC Law. All the numbers and email address provided on my dashboard of my case workers never work. The amount of emails and phone calls I have made to my case worker, I have not heard even once. I have been working with them since January 17th and not once I have spoken or received a response to my emails from my case worker. I understand my first case worker was off sick, but they assigned the case to a lady who is supposed to leave the office in 2 weeks and all she said was, she is not aware of my case. After she left they have assigned me a new case worker and my calls always go to voice mail. I feel cheated and don't find true value paying 2x the amount to DC law whereas I could have simply gone to my local solicitors for half the price I paid to dc law and with such poor Customer experience. I cant believe I took the word of my estate agent and Mortgage broker, William H Brown, and chose DC law I am tired of not hearing back, and hence I decided to post it to trust pilot. Can someone please reach out to me?

I felt that we were always kept informed of progress with the sale of my mother's property. It went through very smoothly and Cheryl England our conveyancer was very helpful.

Excellent Service provided by Cheryl England on the Probate Sale of our late Father's house. Cheryl is Professional and Efficient but also very approachable for any queries or concerns by email or phone.
