Used these on my 5'x8' flatbed trailer. I used the powder coated black....solid product. I have multiple tie-down spots and the trailer looks awesome!
Ordered 16 foot of etrac. DC cargo called an said they’d could t ship anything ups over 8’ so they traded out no diff in price for 2 8 footers. Good service team. Quick shipping

I ordered my purchase online and had made an error by not including my discount code when concluding my purchase . After purchasing I emailed DC Cargo Mall of my mistake and if they would still give me the discount. DC Cargo responed to me within the day promising me they would look into it. Less than 24 hrs later I had another response indicatiing my discount will be included and sent me a credit immediately. Although I never spoke to anyone by phone, I was very impressed on how their customer service responded & rectified my issue. I will definitely use them again in the future. Dan

I needed some cargo bars to secure items in a storage trailer. D.C. Cargo had great prices and shipped the merchandise fast. Would use them again if need arises. Highly recommend

When I need anything more in the way of straps, ratchets, hooks etc: This is the first place I will go to is here. They have a great selection of strap and strap ends such as hooks Another thing is you can custom build just what you want.

I bought whole set of brackets clips and straps with intention of looping around cargo through clip and back out around next one because only saw 1 length strap didn't realize you have to cut the end of strap so you can feed it through the middle clip only straps and clips I saw on sight figured they would work together with out modifications
The product itself is great quality and very well built. Plus, they are cheaper in price as what you find at the trailer dealer. I did have a shipping issue where all of the items that I needed weren't shipped, that's the only reason for the 4 stars. But, in their defense, the gentleman that I spoke to at customer service resolved the issue immediately and FedEx'd out the missing pieces. I would definitely recommend and will purchase from again.
