DC Cargo Mall = GREAT SERVICE!
I ordered my purchase online and had made an error by not including my discount code when concluding my purchase . After purchasing I emailed DC Cargo Mall of my mistake and if they would still give me the discount. DC Cargo responed to me within the day promising me they would look into it. Less than 24 hrs later I had another response indicatiing my discount will be included and sent me a credit immediately. Although I never spoke to anyone by phone, I was very impressed on how their customer service responded & rectified my issue. I will definitely use them again in the future. Dan
