This was my first transaction with DC Cargo Mall and I was very pleased with the shipment and also with the follow-up from the company. I plan to order again soon from them.

Fast and accurate delivery. Used twice during the past couple of month to order etrack rails and fitting for building a rack for a kayaking.

Initial order process went well. Order received missing some minor items (orange safety caps) and some item not as ordered (tie down rings). In response to a follow-up email seeking feedback, I mentioned the problems and DC Cargo Mall responded appropriately, timely and all is good. FYI: missing items may be due to the packages arriving busted open. FEDEX abuse, order picked/packed wrong or improper packaging for heavy steel e-track ???

Items arrived as described, on time, and for the best price. Will definitely order from these folks again.
