Have drunk Dash for a while now and their service, delivery and overall customer care is excellent. Oh and their range of flavours is fantastic too!

I’m so glad I found Dash water, I’ve not tried all the flavours, but the ones I have are lovely, subtle & refreshing! My favourite being the cucumber , which I chose for my subscription ❤️! Now that you’ve added the mint to it , I’m not as fond , would love to have both options😉, But having said that it’s still enjoyable ! The subscription option is also great, I never have to worry about running out, & with the reminder that it’s coming & the option to alter it, gives me the chance to change, add to or cancel in plenty of time. Overall 5 stars for the Dash Water team & experience 👌😁

A can of Dash always hits the thirst spot, especially Cucumber and Mint. Love it.

DASH is absolutely the Best thirst quencher . My favourite is the cucumber & mint. I placed my order and it arrived so quickly. Thank you DASH. I also love the ethos of the company and the things they do in the community too. Such an great eco company. What not to like !

Great service but even better taste

I have a regular order from DASH. I find them easy to use and very helpful. I have a couple of regular flavours throughout the year and I add additional flavours as I want them. I really like the fact they contain no sugar so I can drink as much as I want without worrying. The drinks are good throughout the year but are especially refreshing served chilled in the summer.

Great product and definitely worth subscribing to receive loyalty points and offers. The website is not always straightforward but the support staff are very helpful and respond to emails quickly and efficiently.

Allows me to change delivery dates, flavours and having a subscription has helped me reduce my alcohol consumption. An excellent healthy alternative. Dash recently offered me a free extra pack of cans to my monthly delivery which allowed me to sample a new flavour, cucumber. This is my new favourite. Thank you

Love the brand, great product and the 0 calories, 0 sugars etc! Im not a fizzy drink person usually and especially the sugary type. Dash actually feels hydrating. Cannot wait for more flavours like melon, watermelon, grape etc. So far my faves are Mango, blackcurrant, grapefruit, raspberry. I wish I could buy the bigger size of 500ml that we see in stores via the website.

I emailed the help desk regarding a dispatch query on a Sunday morning and got a direct response within minutes. The issue was sorted out straight away (thank you Alex) which was fantastic considering it was a weekend. Couldn't get better customer service than that.

I have been subscribed to a Dash delivery (every 60 days) for a year or so now. I am still really enjoying the drinks - it's fantastic to find something that is actually enjoyable, sugar-free AND not packed full of sweeteners. I have tried most of the flavours now - I think my top 3 are currently lime, orange and raspberry. To make it even better, they have the BEST subscription platform I have ever used - it is SOOOOO flexible, meaning that I can tweak my delivery details as often as I like. As a result, in the summer when my kids descend on the house and drink several cans a day, I can easily just ramp up my order... and then scale it back down again when winter comes around. No hassle at all - give that IT Team a bonus!

I love love love Dash water so much I am addicted. Alex at customer service has been so helpful. Super fast responses, always helps with my questions and processing my orders in a timely manner. My favourite flavours are mango, orange and grapefruit. I wish they did a strawberry flavour mmmm. 💕
