Excellent customer service. One damaged can in my delivery and a whole new 12 pack sent within 2 days.

For years I searched for a sparkling flavoured water that was not sweet or full of aspartame. Found it at last!!! We love the flavours and the drink is a great as a mixer or an alcohol free drink.

How great are these drinks in "normal" weather! In a heatwave they are indispensible!

I had an issue with a cancelled order after using a discount code that turned out to be shared beyond its intended use. Initially, I was pretty frustrated — the code was accepted by the site and the order was confirmed, so having it cancelled felt unfair. But I have to give credit where it’s due: the DASH team, especially Isobel, took my concerns seriously and escalated the issue to their CEO. In the end, they did the right thing and honoured the full order free of charge — a gesture that really restored my trust in the brand. It’s clear they care about their customers, and despite the hiccup, I’ll definitely be ordering from DASH again. Great drinks, and even better customer service in the end.

Your pricing policy is deeply annoying. Why do you offer discounts through so many diverse routes? Please just set your prices at a reasonable level rather make us constantly search out the offers to receive 40% discount. I would never pay your headline price. Does anyone? This type of marketing should be prevented.

its not a drink that is moorish.quite fizzy and the taste is ok doubt ill be ordering again.

I have only recently discovered Dash water recommended by one of my friends. It is a healthy alternative to cold drinks. So far i have tried lime, lemon & Raspberry flavour & couldn’t decide which one’s the best as all taste refreshing. Can’t wait to try rest of it.

I absolutely LOVE Dash! It’s not easy to find great non alcoholic drinks that don’t contain artificial sweetener but these tick all the boxes. The new Cherry flavour is AMAZING!

I have only recently discovered Dash water, whilst looking for a healthy alternative to cold drinks. I am so glad I did. The flavours I have tasted so far are raspberry, blackcurrant, grapefruit and cherry. They all taste so nice I haven't decided which one is my favourite yet! I will be trying others on my next order. What a good idea to use wonky fruit without it going to waste. I e-mailed the help desk with a small query today (I couldn't add my discount code) and they e-mailed me back almost instantly, on a Sunday too (thank you Alex). Excellent service throughout. They are despatched very quickly with a small delivery charge. The website is quite easy to use too and you can amend your future orders to change what flavours you would like to try and to a date that is convenient for yourself.

We only fairly recently started using Dash Water products. To date, we have tasted Lime, Lemon, Blackcurrant and Orange. Although all the flavours tested so far have been excellent, we absolutely love the Orange flavour - it is very refreshing and full of flavour. Alex and the customer care team are first class and the service is professional and rapid.

Not only do I love their product but I was helped by one of the Dash team with an issue I had on placing an order and their response was so quick and was all sorted within the hour. 👏👏👏

60% off was a very good offer. The various flavours are very good and the water wasn't too carbonated which I like.

We have been getting Dash water delivered for a while now. Really enjoy the flavour and simplicity. This time there was some damage to the parcel resulting in one burst can. Very responsive customer service from Alex. I rarely complain about things I buy and was really pleased with the outcome.
