DASH is my go to drink of choice. I’d like to pick a favourite but impossible. So refreshing and hits the spot every time. I have my family hooked on them too. 5 star service all around. Keep up the good work.

Love Dash water, perfect for my lifestyle. Today had an issue with my subscription & as a result my order was not fulfilled. I was going to run out of Dash this weekend Via email it has all been resolved & my subscription has been amended, to be delivered this week. So impressed by customer service, its 19.00hrs on a Saturday evening & the email service has been as responsive as a chat service. Big shout out to Alex who was a 🌟

I’ve been a big fan of Dash water for a couple of years now and have a subscription set up, which makes ordering so easy. Any slight issues I have had (for example, having trouble applying one of the regular discount codes they send to subscribers online) have been sorted promptly and with a friendly email. My last email was replied to and the issue resolved within minutes, on a Saturday. Customer service that is as refreshing as their products 😀

Love DASH WATER and the excellent customer service. The drink is refreshing and not overly sweet. Do not expect it to be the same as sugar loaded drinks (it should not be), but you will have a fizzy, refereshing drink that still feels that bit special. Any probelms with delivery have always been quickly and efficiently sorted!

As someone who was addicted to Diet Coke I switched without a hitch after my first swig of Dash Cucumber and I haven’t looked back! I am less bloated and I feel better for the increase in water. Now I’m addicted to Dash- favourite flavours - Lemon, Lime and Cucumber of course!

Always order my regular dash water, so pleased I found dash! Recently I received a damaged order so I emailed and in less than 10mins I had a response in which they resolved the issue but sending out a replacement, such a quick response was very pleased! Best customer service!

Thank you to Alex in Customer Service I’ve ordered twice from DASH. The first time the delivery company delivered my box to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they straight away sent a replacement. The second time from my subscription, I had payment issues and Alex rectified the situation straight away. I haven’t tried the raspberry and blackcurrant flavours yet but so far lemon and lime are my faves, they have a bit more flavour compared to the peach and mango flavours.

Customer service is first class. Very prompt, sensible and effective. Great company, great product.

The customer service is fab. I had an issue with one of our packs of Dash and not only did they get back to me straight away but they replaced my entire order free of charge. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent and prompt customer service- thank you Alex. These drinks are awesome. My children have them instead of sweetened chemical fizzy drinks, and as a diabetes nurse they are an excellent alternative to sugared fizzy drinks to those trying to reduce their blood glucose levels. 10/10. Ps lime is my favourite flavour
